Close to Barrowlands (4 min walk).
When booking property there needs to be information to explain that PIN code for entering will be emailed to you on day of check in. I tried messaging and phoning literally 2 hours before check in and still no information. I was just lucky reaching somebody to tell me that it was going to be emailed to me. Explanation of how hot water operates is poor. One sentence in booking email to locate a white box beside boiler. Didn’t work. No hot water for showering.

Boden dreckig, kein Esstisch, dreckige Fenster, Adresse war nicht vollständig (Appartmentnummer) und dadurch wurde der verloren gegangene Koffer nicht zugestellt

Clean apartment and good location for end of Great Scottish Run
Poor communication, only got message 5 mins before check-in and no response to questions beforehand. No hot water in morning & error message on boiler. Extractor fan missing covering bathroom & shower coming away from wall (see photos). Could do with a couple of bedside lamps.
