Not fit for a family stay – heating failure and no resolution We arrived in the evening and the apartment temperature was approximately 10°C. The heating system was not working, and the instructions provided were insufficient. We contacted the host immediately via phone and Booking.com messaging but received no response for several hours. Booking.com support eventually managed to reach the host, however the issue still could not be fixed in a reasonable timeframe. At almost 22:00, we were left with no option but to relocate to a hotel due to the cold conditions, especially with a child. Despite the accommodation being uninhabitable that night and the problem not being resolved, we did not receive a proper refund. Overall, this stay lacked basic comfort, responsiveness, and accountability.

Apartament offers all useful amenities - toiletries, washing machine, stove, microwave, toaster

Delayed contact with host, not knowing if previously selected check in time has been accepted, until multiple contact attempts. No coat hangers, chairs, night lamps. Felt uncomfortable seeing a notice at the building entry about Safer Drug Consumption Facility that apparently is somewhere in the neighborhood.

Parking was a bit difficult but we were told that by the owner but overall nothing to complain about.

Improvement could be done

The appartement was well located and clean. It was equiped. It is alright if you plan to stay just to sleep.

There was a strong smell of paint and of another product. The furniture was extremely basic, we could not hang anything for drying clothes (while there was a machine fo washing), there was a kitchen but not even salt or oil, nor a proper table to eat and not a single chair. There wasn't enough toilet paper for our stay and it was extremely cheap.

The flat was very clean with new updates. It was comfortable and cozy.

The neighbors had music playing loudly from 8PM until around 11PM. This is not the fault of the host. Unfortunately, it was disruptive when trying to get a good night of sleep before a flight.

De locatie, vlakbij Celtic park en het centrum. Het was er rustig en de bank zat erg lekker. Ook mochten we eerder inchecken zodat we onze koffer kwijt konden.

Het ene bed was doorgezakt, het andere bed was zo klein daar kon je amper met zijn 2 inslapen. Het water in de douche liep niet door waardoor je dus in een groot laag water aan het douchen was. Je moest allerlei knoppen indrukken om te zorgen dat het water en verwarming warm werden. Er was geen sfeer verlichting, alleen een grote lamp. De tv in de huiskamer deed het niet en de tv in de slaapkamer had geen afstandsbediening. Helaas meerdere berichten gestuurd naar de accommodatie, maar tot op heden geen reactie.

Le logement est proche d’une route passante, mais très bien isolé. Sa localisation est un peu éloignée du centre historique mais bien placée avec de quoi stationner facilement.

Difficultés de réponse par l’hôte, obligé de l’appeler pour avoir des réponses. J’attends encore le code Wifi. La literie est extra molle !
