The hosts were excellent with messaging entry info. Easy to follow entry instructions. Apartment facilities were excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. The parking was around the back of the house and secure, the deposit for the key fob was returned promptly and communication with the manager was great. We were in Flat 12 and it was very clean and the bathroom look recently refurbished. There was plenty of hot water and heat, if you follow the instructions. The house is beautiful with many original features. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and easy. We stayed 3 nights.

The apartment itself was great. It is on the SECOND floor (floor 1 per the UK). The tv was great with many options, there was a fridge that was icy cold, and there were towels.
Communication with the owner was difficult and often came across as rude. I would try to not rent from this person if at all possible.
