Quiet City Centre, King & Sofa Bed

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue sencillamente excepcional. El alojamiento es espectacular, con una decoración exquisita, elegante y de muy buen gusto. Está perfectamente equipado y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, lo que hace que la experiencia sea realmente confortable. Me pareció especialmente acertada la iniciativa de controlar el consumo de electricidad y de agua, ya que fomenta una mayor conciencia y responsabilidad sobre el uso de los recursos, tanto de agua como de energía. Durante nuestra estancia nos sentimos realmente como en casa. Quiero felicitar especialmente a Kevin por su excelente atención, su generosidad y por incorporar ideas innovadoras que contribuyen a mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes y, al mismo tiempo, a promover un consumo más responsable. Sin duda, un alojamiento al que estaremos encantados de volver. Muchas gracias por todo, Kevin.

Fantastic location. Affordable carpark nearby. Property has a lift - a welcome surprise in such an old building. Sofa bed was comfy. The apartment worked out the same price as a hotel room, but with the convenience of a kitchen and separate living space. Host was really helpful.

Everything was great.

+ In a two-week trip across Scotland, staying in many different places, this one was the best, by a wide margin. + There is, quite simply, everything you could possibly need in the apartment. I've rarely seen a better equipped place. + The host is very friendly. We encountered an issue with the lock, and he immediately came to solve the matter. + The instruction guide is well-done and very helpful. + Within walking distance of the main train stations (we came from Queenstreet and left through Central).

- The neighborhood is not ideal.

Host was very communicative, provided clear information, checked in. Location was very walkable, also close to transit and parking. Bed was comfortable, apartment was tidy and well appointed.

Hallways were less inviting but outside of host's control
