Staff were very helpful from the moment of booking, all info clear and quickly responded to request for children’s beds and queries about access for my father whose mobility is limited. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the rail station. We also found free overnight disabled parking close by (Argyle St car park) despite a roof box making us too high for the NCP. Clean, functional, great security, comfy beds and equipped kitchen so we could stock up at M&S food hall and relax in the lounge. Expected we might hear some street noise given the city centre location, but we didn’t hear anything and the whole family slept well.

Amazing location. My service dog loved the terrace.
The shower in the twin ran from freezing cold to roasting hot. My friend said he had to keep jumping out of the stream every ten seconds or so. He also said the bottom of the shower window could do with a better clean.
