The serenity and cleanliness
The noise from the boiler whe taps were turned on and the balcony doors not locking. Also, additional cooking pots should be provided

2 bathrooms. Bedding nice n clean. Good heating.
It was a bit tierd. Major plumbing issues. Noises from taps. Living room window needs repaired very draughty. Kettle stopped working. Complete lack of crockery. Chipped glasses. Messy cupboard with hoover etc. No hangers! One wardrobe had two bedside tables stacked in it, so you wouldn’t get to hang anything in it anyway. No fan in en-suite. Kickboards in kitchen damaged. Bad lighting in family bathroom. Some lights not working. Only two chairs at table.
