Cleanliness of the apartment

More concise description of the apartment as there is no signage. The building has access code bus wasn't mentioned. Clearer pictures and description access will be appreciate. Also get across to your potential guests before arrival date.

Apartment is very clean, and is very well equipped. It is also in a superb location. Linens were lovely and smelled great. We bumped into the contracted cleaner; she was lovely and does a great job. Nice big kitchen with all of the utensils and appliances you could need.

The communication of the host is pretty terrible. I have sent them numerous messages and am yet to hear back. The key was not in the lock box at the designated check-in time. I messaged on booking and texted the host to ask about this and did not hear back at all. Pretty shocking considering check-in is already on the later side at 3pm. My friends and I did not get in until closer to 4pm. Not really good enough considering we had lots of luggage, and the early check-in/late check-out charges are exuberant. If you are going to charge that much to check in/out early/late, then you really should have the place ready on time too. Cheeky. Stool in the corner of living area was broken. Shower water pressure is really bad. Pretty expensive compared to other apartments in the city. I assume this is due to the location. This is my fault, but I left an item of clothing in the apartment. I messaged to arrange collection or shipping of this back to me. I was ignored numerous times from the host. Just say no, ignoring is not a good look. Communication needs to be improved across the board.
