Location, it’s in middle of Glasgow. Old house but reasonably maintained.

The location was great and it was quiet. It was really clean. Checking in and out was straightforward. The double bed was comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and clean.
I figured, I was communicating with AI. For 5 people there is a tiny dining table for 4 no 5th chair anywhere in the flat and two of us were sitting on the floor in the living room as the sofa is tiny for such a big room and 5 guests. The water pressure is really bad in the shower. The 3 single beds have cheap uncomfortable mattresses. The flat could do with some feminine touches, a bit of cheerful colour and personality/homeliness. Feels very clinical. We couldn’t close the kitchen window.
