3 bed apartment in the heart of westend of Glasgow

Very nice, great location

Initially we couldn’t work out ihow to login to the WiFi or how to operate the heating, but later on the Friday we did, perhaps a handbook at the flat would be helpful? The flat was lovely and we would come again.. However Main issue was that i didn’t receive notification via Booking.com with the code for the key box and had to ring Booking.com on Friday evening. We called the owner of the property who said they would provide the details, which then didn’t arrive and when I called back it was not possible to connect the call. This was quite stressful as we were beginning to become concerned that this was a scam. Only yesterday did I receive an email with the details from Booking .com, hence there was a delay.

The location was fantastic. It was very roomy and comfortable.

The third bedroom would’ve been nice if it had a night table in there. No way to regulate the heat as it was cold at night. The plug-in heater in the front bedroom did not work.

Clean. Good location. Faultless WiFi. TVs. Kitchen was supplied well. Hot showers.

Faulty heating system very annoying, although owner said it is scheduled for maintenance or replacement. No instructions/info about property. Washer/dryer manual should be available. Lumpy beds and couches need replacement. I'm not fussy, but I have stayed in many tourist accommodations, and this was under par...far from "luxurious."
