Need help with our complaint

Shower in the en-suite was not working the whole duration of stay which was very inconvenient . Complained but nothing done even though landlord said he would sort it out. Complained for compensation after our stay but no response . Please can you help

Really lovely apartment which just needs some maintenance work done

The lock on front door broke so we couldn’t go out until it was fixed though host was very helpful it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come fix it Also the shower in the en-suite does not work

Great location and a comfortable flat - just need better communication and en-suite shower fixing

The location is excellent especially for the university. The apartment is really nicely furnished with nice decorative touches.

The en-suite shower didn’t work - I messaged the owner during our stay but didn’t get a response. I was informed early on that the keys would be in a lock box but wasn’t given the access code. I emailed and texted but didn’t get a response. On arrival I telephoned and luckily got hold of the owner who gave me the code. It was quite stressful not knowing if we were going to be able to get in.

Great spacious apartment in the heart of Westend Glasgow

Beautiful, well equipped apartment close to Glasgow University (stayed for my daughters graduation). In the heart of Westend Glasgow. We had also booked Tiffany's restaurant( highly recommend this steakhouse), and it was a few doors away. Very convenient!

Not as luxurious as advertised!

Good location. Has 2 bathrooms

Gas boiler in bedroom without functioning carbon monoxide detector!!! No information on arrival about anything. Couldn't get onto the internet. No help from owner. Eventually found the router hidden beside a bed and got network and password information. TV has no live channels so couldn't watch live sport and news. Communication with owner was not good. Noisy family upstairs kept us awake.

Gorgeous property and really close to some lovely places in the west end. Easy check in. Really mates needs of a weekend away.

Communication could have been a little better, no response to how to work the tv’s and response about where there is parking was “around the corner” but there isn’t. However with a suspected leak, response was really prompt and helpful, this wasn’t a leak and something resolved through the communication. There were some pants under the bed that were not ours! Recommend that you use Just Park to book a parking space somewhere in advance.

Apartment was a great find! We had a really comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Whole apartment was spacious. It was easy to locate. Communication was swift and helpful when we had a bit of trouble getting in. Would recommend.

Fabulous spacious apartment! Immaculate clean modern. Beds so comfy and bedding lush. Perfect place to relax. Beautiful mood lighting.

No WiFi code. No welcome pack of instructions for anything. No garden or no instructions to garden. Heating wasn't on and no instructions but owner came really quickly to fix.

OK, but misleading advertising detracted from the experience

Very handy location to museums, art galleries etc. Clean.

Difficulty with entry in that an email with the entry code sent a few hours before our arrival from Australia did not arrive, and we were left on the footpath trying to phone somebody to allow entry. This arrangement needs to be fixed. Features advertised on Booking.com are misleading eg advertised as having a dishwasher, but none located; entry to the advertised ““garden” not found; advertised as having 3 tv sets, but all three only had Netflix, not everyday tv; advertised as having 24 hour reception desk… not so, no operating manuals for any appliances. The apartment advertises that it can accommodate 5 people, but there are no dining facilities, and only two tiny stools crammed into a corner of the tiny kitchen ( and you have to move the rubbish bin to use them). Truth in advertising is so important when one relies on the internet to make a booking, and there is nobody one can contact to discuss it with, especially from overseas.

Very disappointing dirty apartment

The location was the only redeeming feature.

It was not clean. There was a smell of urine in the vestibule at the front. The one tea towel was dirty as was the mismatched cutlery and crockery, also remnants of a loaf of bread in with the plates. There was a smell throughout the apartment from a unflushed used toilet and broken sink and toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Was told that there was parking available in the street, but it was all permit so of no use to us. We travelled half way around the world expecting luxury, but were extremely disappointed.

Lovely apartment. Has everything you need including modern must haves like wiireless charger and google nest in all the rooms. It is walkable to get the sub and a bus and is less than a mile to city centre. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

The little room just as you go in the door doesn't have a mirror or wifi signal.

Estadia muito agradável não só pela localização do apartamento, bem como pela limpeza, decoração e outras facilidades.

O apartamento estava muito limpo e bem decorado. A sua localização permitiu que visitássemos toda a área da universidade de Glasgow a pé, bem como o museu Kelvingrove Art Gallery. O metro é muito perto e foi muito fácil deslocarmo-nos ao centro da cidade. Também havia um estacionamento perto (ao pé do metropolitano) muito mais barato do que os lugares na rua. Na cozinha estavam disponíveis varias coisas que facilitaram a estadia (café, descafeinado, chá, sal, azeite…), nomeadamente a preparação do pequeno-almoço. Perto também encontramos supermercado, restaurantes, padaria e cafés. Fica também muito próximo do jardim botânico que é lindíssimo.
