Charming beautiful property, aesthetically pleasing and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Loved the location!

The property was immaculate. Incredibly clean with a sanitization paper on the toilet. Kitchen was mostly brand new, glasses were all washed, bathroom was spotless, floors were all new (we didn't even wear our shoes), and the apartment had no smells. There was music playing in the hallways which was a nice touch. Elevator at the bottom of both buildings for those with lots of luggage. Washing machine with dryer was awesome in the room. Location was actually great also. It's in a smaller neighborhood (or so it felt) of the Edinburgh area, so it felt like a locals spot. It's a bit away from Princess St and some of the attractions, but this was a bonus for us. A Super Tesco is right around the corner for groceries and toiletries, and there are plenty of bars and coffee shops within walking distance. Bus stop is also just outside the building. The shower was also great. We stayed at a few places where you had to be in the shower to start it, and they've put the dials on the opposite side of the wall so you can let it warm up before you get in. Also, the glass appropriately covers the area, so you won't get the entire floor drenched. They also let us check in one hour early, which was very nice so we didn't have to rent space for our luggage.

There is no air conditioning, only heat. We happened to stay during the heat wave, and while the windows would open, if you plan to close the blinds, it will get stuffy in the apartment. This is also critical since it felt like it didn't get dark until 11pm or later during the time of year we went. Our windows also didn't open very far, so not much air could get in. One larger door in the living room area opened more, but we didn't leave it open at night since we thought gnats were coming in from there.
