    Frustrating stay
    Large unit and excellently located
    We had trouble with the hot water, which didn’t work at first and needed a plumber to get it working. The parking access wasn’t marked, and was way further away than we expected. We found out later it was closer to access but we didn’t have that info when we were there. The accommodation is ok, but needs more useful info for the guests

    The apartment was very spacious, with large bathrooms and private parking – perfect for families.
    The showers could have been cleaner, and the bed in the main room was quite uncomfortable. It was also inconvenient that rubbish needed to be taken around the block to reach the bins, as there’s no rear access to the property.

    A spacious apartment, perfect for a multi-generational family on an extended stay in a great location.
    We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! We traveled as a multi-generational family—my husband and I (both 35), our two children (5 and 2), and my parents (65+). The apartment was incredibly spacious, making it easy for all six of us to feel comfortable without being on top of each other. The two full bathrooms were a huge plus—one with a large tub that was perfect for us and the kids, and another with a walk-in shower that suited my parents well. They also provided a crib free of charge, which was a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to Greggs every morning for a quick breakfast and tried a different restaurant for dinner each night. Having free onsite parking was ideal since we had a rental car. Suzy was wonderful to deal with—quick to respond and very helpful. My husband is from Glasgow, so we’ll definitely be back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend—this place is a must-book!

    it was huge, very clean, comfortable new beds and bathrooms were good
    the front door being too stiff and the windows too draughty when the shutters are open good having Netflix but bbc iplayer didn’t really work well

    Enjoyed the size of the apartment, the area and being able to come in the front door.
    The property met my family’s needs with 8 of us. It was very spacious, the best location and car parking available.
    Four wine glasses in the cupboard - odd when it is advertised to sleep 8. No sharp knives - very difficult to cut bread and no vegetable peeler.

    Liked the host, but the show stopper was letting us into the leak damaged property.
    A leak in one bedroom made it inhabitable, the host responded well, but to be honest should have offered alternative accommodation before we arrived.... and the back of the property, still a building site....
