It was close to the ovo hydro where we were attending a gig. It had all the amenities we needed.
Its a bit tired, peeling stick on tiles, kitchen cupboards not opening properly etc

The host seems a nice person and was really helpful when we couldn't find anywhere to park and get in (we've been informed its the wrong keybox than it actually was). Flat was OK, clean enough and perfect location to where we needed it, about 10 mins walk from Hydro.
It was freezing! It was only 1-2C outside when we arrived and heating was completely off. We switched radiator on straight away hoping by the time we're back from concert will be nice and cosy but it wasn't. We got back at night and flat was still very cold. Heaters were working all the time but they are clearly not enough for this flat and bathroom doesn't even have any radiators so we were shaking getting into the bath. There's only one small radiator for the whole of living room + kitchen area. It would be OK in a summer but definitely not in a winter. You could feel the draft coming through the windows.
We had to get to bed in hoodies and in the morning we didn't even stay for breakfast or a cup of coffee, we wanted to get out and go somewhere warm. We travel a lot all over the world and we've been to really cold countries but never experienced it. I have contacted host in a morning before living the review but we've been replied with 'I didn't have anyone complaining it's cold, I'll check today if radiators work ok'. They do work but are not big enough for the flat so if you're planing to come in a winter maybe find somewhere else. There's also no direct parking you could leave the car for the whole stay through the week (we came tue-wed). On the street it's max 3h with £1.20 per 15mins, 8am-6pm, mon-fri. Closest car park for the whole day stay is Hydro whats a nightmare with luggage or mobility issues! I know it's a city centre but listing states there's car park nearby for £1.50 per hour, its a lie.
