A property that fails to deliver the "luxurious" experience suggested by its name.

It was clean.

Where do I start? From the half-baked guidance as to how to enter the property through to failed promises to repair items, the stay was miserable. There were literally no instructions for anything, the TV didn't work (and the promise to send someone to fix it was not acted upon), the shower was not fully functional and there was no plug for the bathroom sink. I could go on, not least about the lack of any instructions as to what to do in the case of a fire, the warnings about drug users in the vicinity and the total absence of the dishwasher promised as part of the amenities. Let's just say, it was far from the "luxurious" stay suggested by the name of the property.

Worth every single penny!!!

This place was incredible! Everything about it from the cleanliness, to how comfortable and such a huge space it was, to the location! The host was very responsive and it was easy to get in and get out! I don’t have even one critical thing to say about this stay! Everything was a 10/10 and worth every single penny. Will stay again!

Exceptional property

It was central for the train and shops and within our budget. It was dog friendly. It was exceptionally clean to a level I'd associate with premier facilities. The host was quick to respond and very reasonable on request that would make our stay manageable. The key facilities were easy to use. The building was clean and easy to find the flat door. I woukd book again

My only slight reflection, I felt it would have been helpful to have the hosts' rules and regulations regarding the property immediately on the booking.

Nada infelizmente após ter que ir buscar as chaves no meio da rua uns mil metros a para frente do prédio , quando abrimos a porta deparamos que não tem elevador está no 5 andar de muitas escadas até chegar lá com as malas , após entrarmos descobrimos que tem câmeras de vigilância dentro do flat , estávamos em 3 mulheres , ficamos com muito medo de continuar pois no anúncio não anunciava as escadas e as câmeras , entramos em contato com proprietário para cancelar a reserva pois não poderíamos estar hospedado em um lugar que estão te espionando 👀 além de ter que subir e descer todos os dias durante 7 dias de hospedagem, até para buscar o delivery são muitos vãos de escadas , ele recusou devolver o dinheiro , descobrimos que quase todos os hóspedes quando descobri as câmeras e escadas acontece a mesma coisa e com isso ele recebe e fica com o dinheiro e os hóspedes assustados com as câmeras vão embora , não INDICO A NINGUÉM não TEM PRIVACIDADE
