Great location, big space, sketchy renovations

Great location, and nice view out the large picture windows. Large, and spacious living room. Pads and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen with all the needed appliances and cutlery. Free parking included. The chargers in the bedrooms are a great convenience, with USB-A and USB-C ports.

This seems to be a converted old apartment building or industrial building, which normally has a certain charm in the retro fitting, but here seems sketchy. The renovations on the property are very cheap. Smells from other apartments filled this one. We returned from a day out and found the bathroom smelling strongly of fried chicken! Most of the discount-remodel doesn’t really matter for a short visit— the fake tiled walls in the shower, the flooring that doesn’t quite reach the edges, the doors that all drift shot unless you put a doorstop in. But beware: if some misses: they literally placed a new tub on top of/inside an old tub and then just slathered tons of spackle to semi seal it. Stepping in, there’s a risk of tripping because of the unusually steep step up.

A very enjoyable stay.

The property is nicely situated at the western end of Glasgow Green. The living space kitchen/lounge/ diner is large and has character. The bedrooms are clean and reasonably big.

The back entrance is functional but is not a good introduction to the property.

The instructions came via a site, which was very comprehensive but felt impersonal. The instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the property were clear, but very lengthy.

Blind in both bedrooms could have been better blackout to avoid light too early in the morning.

Great city break

Great flat for 2 couples.Clean and comfy. Surprisingly nice view over the park. Chose it as fairly close to hop on hop off tourist bus route. Not in the new ulez penalty zone but had to carefully consider route in. Actually had to drive alot further to avoid zone- not what it's meant to achieve! Had a nice meal at the bar close by, Whistler on the Green.

First impressions of entrance at rear of premises poor. Keybox located in a grotty, rubbish filled area, totally unlike the cleanliness of the flat. Don't be put off by this though.

The flat is really spacious and comfortable. It's a good location and around 10 mins walk into city centre. It's peaceful despite being central. We would definitely like to book it again!

The water pressure isn't great in the shower, but there is a bath to compensate.

Je ne recommande malheureusement pas.

L’appartement était spacieux et calme.

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude le soir. Impossible de prendre des douches ou des bains lorsque nous en avions besoin. C’était très embêtant, surtout avec un enfant. Et quand il y avait de l’eau chaude, il n’y en avait pas suffisamment pour 3 personnes. L’appartement était sale ou alors le ménage avait été extrêmement mal fait (j’ai retrouvé des cheveux, il y avait des taches de gras sur les meubles, des moutons de poussière sous les lits, etc..). Il n’y avait aucun produit à disposition pour faire un minimum de cuisine ou de ménage. J’ai dû aller acheter du sopalin et un désinfectant pour nettoyer un minimum. Par ailleurs, Les parties communes étaient également bien sales. C’est dommage de ne pas faire un minimum pour accueillir bien les gens. Nous sommes malheureusement déçus.
