Comfortable beds, spacious apartment. Clean bathrooms and spaces. Location is just outside the center, short walk into town.
Bare equipment, only the most necessary is available in the house. Felt a bit run down / poorly maintained.

The location was good for us, as we were attending a concert a short walk from the property. The apartment was spacious and had good security. It was adequately furnished and it was useful to have both the family bathroom and the en-suite facility. We were easily able to adjust the heating to suit our needs.
Lack of useful provisions within the apartment. For example, there were no sponges or dishcloths in the kitchen for washing up and no corkscrew. There was no soap or hand towels in the bathrooms (although shower gel and a bath towel per guest were provided)
The bed was uncomfortable - I could feel a mattress spring digging into my back. Also, for some reason, we couldn't get hot water in the main bathroom, so we all used the shower in the en suite.
Although I have lost my sense of smell, others complained about a bad smell throughout the flat at certain times. They thought it might be drains or sewers.
The en suite bathroom would benefit from having some hooks for clothing, a towel rail and some shelving for bathroom products, toothbrushes etc. and a mirror on the wall would be a useful addition, too.
There is enough wall space in the entrance lobby for some coat hooks which would also be helpful.
The walls were very bare and the apartment lacked colour and personality.
