Initially we had a problem with the toilet which was not flushing but the staff was flexible enough to offer us multiple solutions and eventually move us to a different room where everything was working properly.
The noise coming from everywhere. Seriously the noise isolation can be improved but you do not expect much from a Hostel in this case.

Excellent location. Very easy to get into the city centre via bus, tube or taxi. Lots of things to do around the hostel such as pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Was in a very fancy area with lots of big houses and expensive cars. The hostel had everything you could need big kitchen, drying room, conference room, lounge, pool table, ping pong table.
My only complaint was the hostel is very big so can feel like a bit of a maze and the kitchen is far away depending on where your room is.

The location was not friendly at all. The were no lifts and we have to climb with heavy luggage. There was little heating however the second day the was no heating and we felt extremely cold. The bathing water was also cold the second day. It was unbearable as it was winter too.
