Nice location, next to the park. Family room was warm and comfortable. Staff always on hand if advice/assistance needed. Characterful building.

The location was not friendly at all. The were no lifts and we have to climb with heavy luggage. There was little heating however the second day the was no heating and we felt extremely cold. The bathing water was also cold the second day. It was unbearable as it was winter too.
