Fab central apartment

The apartment was well kitted out. Everything you need like a little home from home.

The noise from the street below. Thats what happens when you are so central though so not really a complaint. Will just bring earplugs next time.

Fantastic location, extremely clean and would not hesitate to book to come back.

Location was fantastic, very clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay

The tap in the kitchen had a constant drip. It did not spoil our stay but would suggest that this is fixed. The tv also seemed to be limited in volume. Not that we watched this much however was difficult to hear.

Excellent apartment

It is very well located in the city center, every thing is on your door step. This is our second time staying here both for going to a concert in glasgow and these apartments are perfect. Very clean and easy to come and go. Will for sure be back to stay again when the chance comes

Location was good.

Bed was very small and uncomfortable. Worst pillows I’ve ever experienced. Heating didn’t work and there was a small plug in heater in room which was not ideal given it is winter. TV volume didn’t work and bathroom shower pressure was awful. Booked for 2 nights but didn’t even stay the second night it was so uncomfortable.

Great centrally located apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Surprisingly quiet given the city location. Bed was comfortable.

The room was very warm overnight but we discovered there was a heater on in the room. I had turned the heating down so not sure if the actual heating was working or not. It would have been helpful to have a welcome pack - how to use the hob and heating for example. Also, some teaspoons would be good. All minor things really.

Beautifully Appointed City Centre Flat

Excellent communication from team on how to enter flat, super clear instructions and really appreciated their 11am checkout. Super well appointed and lovely and clean. Noticeably quiet too, exceptionally so for such a central location.

Outside window jammed open, meaning it was quite noisy. Bed is too small. Apartment was warm enough but the radiators were not heating up so not able to get towels dried.

The location was perfect for us; close to center, public transport, restaurants, and groceries!

The noise from the street below was excessive, especially late evenings! The door to the bathroom was broken and would not fully close. The stairs were hard on us octogenarians, but we survived.

Been before. Ideal location. Place is spotless and spacious. Great shower experience too.

Couldn’t get the microwave to work! Just simply couldn’t figure out how to operate it. Two grown women as well…

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back.

Fantastic location, very central but very quiet. Loved the four digit code entry system for front door and luggage store. Luggage store available all day on check out day which was excellent. Flat was very clean and cosy. I liked the fact that there was recycling facilities in the apartment and in the lugage area. plenty of charging points and sockets. Nice toiletries supplied in the bathroom.

The light switch in the bathroom was on an automatic sensor which was handy but it stayed on for far too long, especially at night. For self catering, the apartment was poorly equipped for cooking utensils ( eg Fish slice,serving spoon etc) and had only two pots. There was only one dishwasher tablet shich was leaking.

Spotlessly clean with everything we needed- washing machine and dishwasher. Great location close to railway and bus stations.

Being in the centre of Glasgow it was a little noisy in the evenings which was to be expected. It meant we couldn't leave our windows open during the night and it was quite warm. A fan had been provided though.

The location was fabulous. The room was tidy and spacious

The stairs and no lift. We were on the top floor with around 80 steps with COPD. Lesson learned to make sure there is lifts. Also the shower head leaked
