We had stayed in the area on a previous trip, actually in the same building on the same floor, just a different flat. We loved it so much, we returned and made an effort to find that location. Very private, close to EVERYTHING!
There was a heat boiler issue that needs to be addressed but these people were very nice and communicated well with us.

Good location for us. Everything within walking distance if desired, and close to train stations.
Well-stocked kitchen.
Couch needs gripping casters on the legs: easy to slide around on hard floor - had to reposition several times.

The location is fantastic, the flat itself is big, bright, and clean. The host provides very detailed instructions so that the check-in and check-out process is smooth.

Walking to a shop to collect keys and then walking back to return. Waiting outside a shop for our taxi to airport instead of in the apartment. Inconvenient and added to long travel time. Dirty glasses with lipstick marks. Hairs in bathroom. Many questions by host for personal details and what i was doing while staying felt very invasive. Noisy very late at night.
