The property had everything you needed, fantastic location, clean and tidying.
Just needed block out blinds in the bedroom, and towel rails in bathroom.

Very nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
I'd suggest an extra armchair or two seater sofa in the living room.
Very light bedroom curtains. Room was bright at about 7.00.am.

Brilliant location. Excellent communication and really smooth throughout. Lovely flat, very bright and had everything we needed.

Great location for a couple of days exploring Glasgow.
Whilst I did ask if we could possibly get in slightly earlier as check in time is later than most places (4pm) we got told no as the cleaner needs time to clean.
This place is NOT clean.
All the skirting boards are black with dust which is noticeable as soon as you walk in. Behind the bed (which you can see straight away) is absolutely gross.
It felt like we were just staying at a pals house without them there that don't see dirt.
The seats in the bedroom are filthy too.
Very dated kitchen cupboard with the wood warping making it look not very nice.
In the cupboard there is a lot of rubbish - empty condiments - lids off oil - empty coffee jar - basically rubbish people have left behind I assume.
I'm not sure whether tea/coffee is there for people staying as there was only a few tea bags and no coffee or sugar - just little bits at the bottom of the canisters. Either provide this stuff and have it stocked up or don't at all. However it would be nice if this was provided for people.... Every place I've stayed in you are able to have a cuppa in the morning.
The flat could be really lovely as it's bright and spacious. But a lot more care is required.
