Excellent space, comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Previously we’ve had a bedroom to the rear of the property, this time we faced onto George Square. Noisy with people all night unfortunately - obviously not the fault of Premier Suites.

Fab stay. Fab position in centre of town, right near everything. Clean and comfortable. Great service from reception with clear instructions for late check in. Great service when the TV stopped working, Martin came and fixed it straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, easy access, reception was open when I arrived. Parking at a 50% discount was less tahn a 10 minute walk away. Some noise from Queen street, where the apartment is located, but ear plugs worked for me.

We had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment overlooking George’s Square. The kitchen bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and modern. Everything was on our doorstep.so close that if we needed to use the bathroom we just popped back to the room dropped off the shopping and went back out. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious, relatively clean, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and had a washer/dryer which we needed for our stay. It was also in a very convenient location due to its proximity to the Queen St rail station. Sadly I cannot give it any higher than 3 stars due to the noise which made it difficult for my husband & I to get a decent sleep throughout our 5 night stay. The apartment is in an old building on a busy street with a bar across from it that's open till the early hours of the morning, and is not soundproofed at all. If you plan on staying, I highly recommend bringing good earplugs (though my husband had a pair and said he could still hear the noise).

The property is in a very convenient location and we did enjoy our stay. However it is very noisy with the chip shop across the street staying open until the early morning hours and there is constant noise from the late night activity until 4 am. Updating the windows would be a great solution as they are old and do not seal tight letting in a lot of noise. There are some worn parts of the apartment especially the bathroom. Odd that there is a towel warmer with no way to turn it on. Otherwise we found the apartment clean and a really nice size and layout.

Unfortunately I can't leave a glowing review of this property. I will say staff were very friendly and kind and helpful. The location is ideal, alas it also makes it problematic. My first night I was overlooking the square and noted early evening how shockingly loud the room was. In hindsight I should have left then. The noise went on until 3am with a constant stream of pub goers outside my window. The noise then started at 7am with delivery trucks idling outside my window for lengthy periods of time, engines humming. I could not sleep. I tried to shower. Like warm at best. My parents room had no view but was very quiet. I'd take no view and the ability to sleep. It's a shame as the suite was spacious and the bed comfortable and clean and it felt very safe.

The check in was a bit confusing and the elevators were not working, luckily we only had one set of stairs to manage with our luggage, others were not as fortunate. The apartments are huge and the kitchen has everything you need. As with most washer dryer combos be prepared to spend some time, it takes a few hours to do one load but nice to have one. There is a pub across the road that was open until 3am. There was no safe in the room as indicated on Expedia, we were told they would notify maintenance but nothing came of it. All in all a good experience. The location is very central.

Pros: Easy check-in, excellent location, and spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds. Cons: The room was uncomfortably warm. We opened the window at night for ventilation, but the outside noise was disruptive. Additionally, the rooms face a parking stairwell with bright automatic lights that switched on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. On arrival, one of the toilets was not functioning and dirty, and this had not been mentioned at check-in. The issue was unpleasant to discover, and although it was repaired the following morning, no one notified us in advance. Having a handyman enter the apartment while we were preparing for my wedding was very inconvenient—a simple heads-up would have been greatly appreciated. The payment process was also unnecessarily complicated. The initial link provided did not work, and when I visited the property in person to resolve the issue, the reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The problem was only solved after I requested that the link be resent. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service, particularly given the price. While the location and room sizes were positives, the lack of communication and poor customer service would prevent me from recommending this property.

Pretty happy with this property. Not a standard property reception area but easy enough. We had a 2 bedroom penthouse which had ample space. A little bit under decorated, could do with some art on the walls. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Washing machine in the kitchen with good facilities. Balconies were off limits due to repairs, a little stuffy in the apartment. Car parking is off site, but easy enough to access, approx 8 minute walk to hotel and very good overnight pricing if you use the hotel link.

The condition of the property matched the price, which is fair. The suite seemed to be clean in the superficial ways, but the condition of the unit (bathroom tiles not adhered to floor, walls and baseboards in need of cleaning and/or paint) made it hard to feel like it was actually clean. Super handy for travelling in/out of the Queen Street train station.

Premier Suites Glasgow George Square is a HOT sack of garbage coming apart at the seams. The air outside in August was pleasant, but the windows can’t be opened more than 2 inches, even on the half of the building that is bundled up behind fire doors with the boiler so be prepared to sleep in starfish position to maximize your body’s cooling potential. When (if) you wake up from your intermittent sauna naps, grab your epi pen to fight off the onslaught of dust mites and mildew which haunt every porous surface. DO NOT turn the rugs right way up, they are up side down for a reason. Save your energy to content with every single hinged object, fixture and appliance which has been apparently boobytrapped for *someone’s* entertainment. The location was extremely convenient.

The rooms face the sun all day, and it was not possible to sleep until sunset, as the blinds were not fully covering the window. The property's decision to lock the windows so they only opened a small amount, together with a lack of air conditioning and heating (from the hot water system maybe?) makes the rooms very very warm in summer. The property could use a refresh. There was an overpowering cleaner smell that didn’t really clear even though we opened windows. Was spacious. Construction was happening on outside of the building so was noisy. Location was great, lots of shops dinning and access to trains and transit.

The unit is large and very clean and comfortable. Location is very central and close to everything. They don’t have on site parking , so the recommended lot is about a 10 minute walk . It is discounted and fairly inexpensive . Check in process was a bit redundant asking for credit card info to be entered , even though they already had it from my initial booking . The check in info is not given until the afternoon of your arrival , which makes it a bit difficult to plan ahead . Communication through WhatsApp was good .

No air conditioning but windows can be cracked open to let fresh air in. Someone was making noise (singing) until 11pm (2 of the 3 nights) so it was hard to fall asleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was construction next door (they stopped work between 9pm and 7:30am so it was fine for us).

Premier Suites is one of the most spacious hotels I have ever stayed at but was hands down the noisiest, too. There is a pub across the street with karaoke until the wee hours and they leave the doors open. The area has lots of bars and people yelling and singing on the street well past midnight. I asked reception if they could ask the pub to try to close the doors and their response is that is a city center hotel. I had booked the hotel so we could do laundry and the dryer didn't work. They tried to fix it but were not successful. The location is convenient to both Central and Queen rail stations as well as shops and restaurants. The maintenance staff were more friendly than the reception staff and tried to help. There are minimal toiletries-we provided our own hand soap and gave up on the combo shampoo/body wash dispenser.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Only minute walk from train, subway and bus stations, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Well equipped apartment with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was the best part of this property! James was very helpful with appliances. He was wonderfully friendly and helped us with recommendations and directions. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Upon arrival it was dark, no heat and all the windows in the apartment were left open. We reserved the penthouse suite specifically for the laundry option and the washer/dryer would even rinse the soap from the clothes. The suite was very dirty, smelled extremely musty, couch covered in caked filth, carpeted did not look to be vacuum and covered in stains. The was jam on the night stands, and the kitchen had not been properly wiped down. Went to go have a shower after a long day and there was no hot water and no one at the property to sort out the situation. The plumbers were called and they were really great however they occupied our unit the entire day until 9pm. They property did not have cleaning service so the plumbers came and cleaned up our unit for us so we could shower. We could not use the amenities for 2 days and they told us that it was not their fault, lack of maintenance of hotel property is their fault. The “hotel” staff was far from friendly and spoke very rudely to my father when he asked for compensation back being that we overheard that the hotel was aware of the issues in advance of our stay. They credited us back not even one nights stay of our 3 nights. I will never stay at these properties again due to the filth and how the staff treated us. Very thankful they have such great plumbers to service their property!
