+ Very spacious, ample space for a family/group of friends to stay + Parking in front of the house, enough space for 2 small cars or 1 big one + Fully functioning kitchen with Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Hob, Nespresso machine and Toaster + Very responsive and helpful host + Easy check in

- Received DM from the Host in booking.com requesting to explicitly rate the property as 10 and provide feedback in DM instead of review. I understand that they have started a new business and would like it to be rated well to help it grow, but I dont think this is the way. I am sure a lot of people would cave and actually do that, but then it completely defeats the purpose of putting in an honest review to help other people assess the property before booking. - There was a person working on the shed in the garden of the property during our stay. When I texted the host asking about this, they told me they were not aware that he was about to come. However, they did not do anything about it either; the person was there from early morning till late evening working in the garden of the property. It was not really an issue for us, but was a bit surprised about it + might be a privacy concern for others. - Not enough cookware + had to wash all dishes/cookware since they did not look clean at all - TV remote did not work, had to use buttons on the TV - Windows in the bedroom had curtain rod brackets but no curtains, was a bit strange.
