Glasgow City Stay just steps from Glasgow Green free parking

We had a 3 -night booking and really enjoyed our stay A comfortable modern house on cul-de-sac. Nice quiet location despite being so close to the city centre. Very conveniently situated - only 200m from Bridgetown railway station for frequent trains into Glasgow Central; 5 minutes walk to Glasgow Green (large park) which gives direct access to the Clyde Walkway, making the property a pleasant walk of less than 3km to the city centre. The property also has the big bonus of private off-road car parking. The owner was very prompt to reply positively to any queries, and was happy for us to bring our dogs by prior arrangement.

Nothing much to dislike. The house is simply furnished, but had all we needed for a comfortable short break.

Firstly, a word of warning to ignore old reviews about this property. There is a new owner who is progressively refurbishing it. So, there is a brand new bathroom, new curtains, new bedding etc. We found the house to be clean and comfortable.

There are a few areas that are a little tired, but they’re probably further down the To Do list! The 2 single beds are quite narrow so, if like us you are 2 friends travelling together, it’s worth requesting that they are clipped together

Good location. Clean and smelled nice.

There was construction next door during our stay

Very comfortable and close to train station and bus routes, so very easy to get round about. Everything you need or think you may need was available and easy to use.

Everything was exceptional. Host was very welcoming and easily contacted.
