It’s a superb location close to all amenities like food shopping and city centre. Walkable distance no need to spend extra money for travel. Host is excellent with communication and very understanding. Beds are very comfortable giving you a good rest after going around sight seeing. Kitchen is equipped with what you needed. Dogs are allowed which is a prefect addition in staying in this property. Would stay again if available at time of booking.
No grass in the garden perhaps has something to do with property maintenance. 😜 But all in all still a great place to stay under the sun 🌞

Casa molto accogliente, in una zona tranquilla.
Dentro c'era tutto ciò che serve, gli spazi sono buoni, forse solo un po' piccolo il bagno. Letti molto comodi!
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un po' di sporco, briciole a terra sul pavimento in cucina, rifiuti lasciati nel cortile da precedenti inquilini, in generale un po di polvere sui mobili e cattivo odore proveniente da un armadiom

Gute Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, im Verhältnis günstig
Leider war vieles in der Wohnung dreckig (Geschirr, Küche, Badezimmer), weshalb wir vor Ort nicht kochen wollten.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief aber gut, es wurde sich sehr schnell um eine Lösung bemüht.
