Best to stay literally anywhere else

Proximity to the city.

Poor management. They don't respond to messages. I had laundry to do and I waited three days for them to provide me with a drying rack. Ended up having to go elsewhere. They locked the thermostat so I couldn't adjust it so I had a couple nights where I had to just suffer the cold. Not value for money at all either, as I was expecting an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is a corridor behind a fire door that snaps shut if you don't keep it open (I had to use a magazine because there's no door stop). If you're expecting to cook be prepared for the narrow facilities and no countertop space. I had to put the kettle away to prepare my food.. There's no logged in account details on the TV, so if you're looking for Netflix, etc. (like most Airbnb-like accommodation) look elsewhere.

Good value stay in a beautiful period building.

Communication was prompt with clear directions about how to find and access the property. My room was upgraded upon arrival and I was very happy with the level of comfort and quality during the stay. Thank you.

It was a beautiful experience

I loved everything about the apartment. It was very neat and homely and I’d say one of the best parts of my trip. Had everything I needed and was easy to reach the owners for help.

Great apartment, close enough to Glasgow centre

Property was clean and had everything we needed for the 3 nights we spent there. Very close to the centre of Glasgow (maybe 1.5 mile). Managed to find parking right outside apart from once, where we had to park a street away but could then move it back later on. Bed was comfy and had a large TV which was great. Kitchen felt new and clean as well. Overall would definitely recommend this property

Although we could turn the heating up and it would be OK, I felt the windows would benefit from being changed as they do let out a lot of heat; this and the fact only one of the blinds worked. The only other thing was contact with the owner could take a while sometimes for a response (albeit we asked for a slightly earlier check-in and check-out which they facilitated)

Location was perfect for our needs and the area is quiet I know the area well as used to live close by so like the area lovely Italian restaurant round the corner which is always great for a meal

they have 2 lovely large mirrors but no sockets for hairdryer or straighteners (not a moan just pointing out for future guests)

My stay was enjoyable, perfect and easy.

My recent Airbnb stay was amazing! The place was spotless, and the decor was perfect. You could tell the host really cared about making it welcoming. What made it stand out were all the extras. The kitchen had great appliances, snacks, and drinks, which was awesome. The bathroom had fancy toiletries, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud with super soft sheets. It felt more like home than a rental. Plus, the location was great, with easy access to cool spots, and the neighborhood was lively. The best part was the host. They responded quickly, gave great recommendations, and made sure I had a fantastic time. Seriously, if you need a place to stay, this is it!

Great situation near bus stops, pubs, shops & restaurants. Car parking on the street was a bonus. Great size apartment, everything you need & nice & clean.

Upstairs flat occupants very noisy, sounded like a herd of elephants one night for most of the night, not great when you’re trying to sleep. Be aware that not all the apartments are dog friendly which was not advertised properly on Booking.com, we resolved this by paying a deposit for our dog, it wasn’t a great start to our short break being told “that they didn’t accept dogs in that apartment anymore” after having spent nearly a week trying to get confirmation our dog would be allowed. I hope they get these issues sorted with Booking.com to save confusion with guests in the future.
