Mooie, royale ruimtes. De locatie is perfect en ligt in een rustige nette woonwijk. Op loopafstand van de stad (20 minuten) maar reizen met de subway is ook ideaal.
Alles was eigenlijk prima. In de beschrijving stond dat er drie badkamers waren . Het waren er echter twee. Wel drie toiletten. Helaas werd de door ons gemelde klacht dat de wc bleef doorlopen op de benedenverdieping niet verholpen.

we did ask for early access - like 2pm instead of 4pm but the host (who were terrible) didnt bother answering despite repeat requests
Great house, hosts were less than useless - the downstairs toilet didnt work (thankfully we hadnt used it) but when I contacted them to fix it, I didnt even get a reply. I wouldnt go back because of Joivy poor hosting

Walking distance to city centre. Parking.
Grubby and poorly maintained. “Garden” is actually a paved yard and is unusable being taken up by 5 overflowing garbage cans.
