PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow George Square

Location is excellent. Room was well organized and equipped. Beds and couches were comfortable. The room was very quiet with little no both from within and without (mostly).

Room was way too warm. Even with all windows open and four fans going, the bedrooms were uncomfortable warm at night. There seemed to be a lot of radiant heat coming through the bedroom floors. We had no hot water until I realized it had been switched off at the electrical box. Not a big issue but it could have been solved with a simple note in the room. No view. Our room faced the inner courtyard so all we could see were the rooms opposite and the garbage/recycling bins down below. When the bar down below dumped their empties into the recycling it would make a great deal of noise.

Excellent location on George Square (unfortunately under construction rn). Very clean, great spaces. Walkable to many restaurants, attractions, services.

Super good location. Clean and simple.

Very basic. Felt a bit like an office block. More warm furnishings, to make it look like a cosy flat.

It had a great location, close to the city centre. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a spacious kitchen and living room.

The lock on the door was broken. I told reception, and they got maintenance to check on it. The resolution they had was that I had to hold the key in the lock and hold the casing higher to get the key to work. The carpet had lots of dirty stains on it, and the room was extremely cold with no way to turn the heating on. The bedroom also had a stale, unpleasant smell that lingered.
