Fine, did the job, a few issues and a bit bland.

Quite noisy - windows are old so let the noise in. Lots of construction and road noise. TV signal constantly dropping , re-setting every time. Very annoying. Living area felt a little tired and sad - could do with an armchair to fill up some empty space. Payment system didn’t work twice .

Excellent location, super spacious apartment and great value for money

The location is right next to queen street station making the commute easy. The city centre restaurant and cafés make the stay really pleasant

Most of it was excellent. Regular restock of tea and coffee and toilet bin pick up would be great but then I understand i should have asked for the coffee and tea sachets and put the clean the room sign out each day but didn’t really get time to do that while the reception service was still available.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic location couldn't be any better, close to everything you could want. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Pity that the balcony was unavailable but I will try and book this location any time that I visit Glasgow in the future.

Good location but quite dingy inside.

very spacious. good central location

quite dark so probably wouldn't choose in the summer. Windows only provided internal views. The wardrobe doors were broken so couldn't access the rails. The bedroom door was excessively squeaky so disturbing for people in second bedroom. £250 seemed rather a lot for the security deposit for a 2 night stay.

It was centrally located, however extremely noisy and freezing cold as a result impacting my sleep significantly and resulting in my moving out on the 23rd December despite having paid to stay until 14th January. Than two maintenance men did their best to address my concerns.

The windows , particularly in the bedrooms were not appropriately sealed and caused the room to be always freezing cold especially at night making sleep near impossible. This was exacerbated by the heating system not working for a significant period of my stay. I was instead provided with two small space heaters, one of which was overheating at the plug and at one point this triggered sparks at the PowerPoint. As a result I had to unplug this for safety reasons and rely solely upon a single small space heater in the midst of winter with improperly sealed windows allowing the excessive cold from outside into the apartment.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Central to all amenities you walk out the main door and everything is there shops restaurants and pubs.

Good sized apartments for Edinburgh, met our needs as a family of 8 (2 Apartments)

Arrived early & we were given keys for 1 of the apartments so that we could drop our stuff off early. Staff were friendly & efficient. Apartments aren't huge but hey its Edinburgh & are bigger than others I've booked. Location is very central to everything & very handy.

Location because of the drunks out on the street, not the hots fault just something to take into consideration if you are a light sleeper, apart from that meet our needs

Great value, and it was comfortable and clean! Had everything we needed and was self contained so could cook if we wanted to as well. Was really happy with our apartment! Security deposit was also reminded straight away, no mucking around. Good showers are always well valued, loved the water pressure! All in all, great value for the price!

We had a really noisy pre going out party next door to us, but security came and sorted it out straight away and sent them packing, they did a great job! We are a family with young children, so abit of quiet is appreciated in the evening.

Excellent accommodation and will definately book again. Better than a hotel.

On arrival we were met with a lovely girl who took our names and went to collect our keys then gave us our room number. We were shown where the lift was and it was easy to find. We were given a print out with the code to get in the main door should we be out late, which we were. This worked with no issues. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Once the building work is completed in George Square the view will be lovely out the window, but unfortunately not this time. Overall, very happy with our stay and looking to returning soon.

Only thing was the bed seemed to sag a little in the middle and I felt like I was rolling into my husband!! Not a big deal as we were only there for one night, however had it been a longer stay I would have said to staff.

Very central to everything, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Lovely big bed and plenty pillows. The building and apartment felt secure. The kitchen was very well equipped for lo ger stays.

It was very noisy in the street, need to renew the double glazing to keep some of the noise out.

Easy, relaxing stay in the perfect location.

Beautiful, spacious flat right in the centre of Glasgow. Though we didn’t use the washing machine and dishwasher it would be amazing for a longer stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

First class city centre location with first class facilities.

The email instructions were very clear. We particularly liked the fact there was a manned reception and that we could leave our luggage before the room was ready for us. We also liked that it was possible to phone reception.

It was extremely hot from the central heating system and the sofa was too low for me to sit on. Wish it was possible to book a room with a walk-in shower rather than one where you had to get over a bath. It meant I couldn’t have a shower during my stay.

Apartments are great, but hear everything all night long

Not organised.

The noise of cars tooting horns all night going around and around the block and all for fun to tunes and tgree cars doing it together. I had no sleep for the 2 nights unfortunately. Needs inner glazing at very least to drown out noise outside. People noise I could block out after a while but deliberate horn tooting by a min of three cars for 5 hrs, till 5am, is a no to me returning to that area or anywhere without inner glazing on the old beautiful preserved windows. Perfect setting and lovely apartment but its a no to no sound proofing from boy racers, so no sleep for me.
