Willingness of host to check if earlier check in was available. It was and it was really appreciated! Perfect central location. NCP parking just next door. All facilities we needed in the apartment. Comfortable, clean and well priced.
Nothing! It will be our first choice again if staying overnight in Glasgow.

Entry via a code supplied by the property owner. No hanging around, walk to the residence (easy walk from the bus station) and then entry via the code ...very easy and quick.
The cafetiere is essentially only a little over a large mug size ...could do with 2 or a large and small cafetiere. TV would not maintain a stable "smart connection" with mobile phone. Both very trivial problems but would enhance the stay.
