Oswald Apartment - Glasgow City Centre

The location is very good and convenient. The unit is well equipped and contains a wide range of items and amenities that make the stay comfortable and practical. Overall, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.

On the downside, some of the furniture and fittings are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. A few cabinet doors were damaged or not functioning properly. The apartment could also be cleaner, particularly the pillows, which had an unpleasant smell. In addition, it would be very helpful to have handheld bidet sprays in the bathrooms, as these are a common and appreciated feature for many international guests.

Reviews of unit over-rated, inadequate lighting in master bath (had to move a lamp from dining area to get usable lighting), dining table needs to be refinished (water marks from glassware), refrigerator off on arrival had to figure out how to turn it and other electrical plugs on, no phone, no staff, strong smell of bleach upon entry, had to figure out how to increase water and room temperature, no bin to place trash upon checkout (left trash where we thought bins were supposed to be located)), creaky floors
