Comfortable flat within easy reach of centre

Clean easy to access friendly staff. Well equipped. Once the radiators were switched in it was warm. 2 minute walk from train station and plenty of buses to take you to centre.

Bed a little bouncy for my liking and traffic noise noticeable in the evening but got used to it.

No plug for kitchen sink. Noisy at night and we had to ask a neighbor to turn the music down at 2am.

Came for weekend of site seeing only used the accommodation for sleeping was out all day

The location of VKM Appartments very secure CCTV everywhere very accommodating with early check in

No chain behind the door. Scared to touch anything upon arrival given a sheet of paper with all the dos and donts followed by any charges for breakages so didn’t touch anything it felt more like a list of charges that would be incurred so hard to relax . There was no welcome package ie a pint of milk, water fruit would have been nice touch given what you pay. Wasn’t sure if you could touch the Tea and coffee sachets so bought my own, You are expected to leave place clean yet couldn’t even find a broom to sweep did find a dust pan and brush liked the fact they were accommodating with early check in would have been nice to have been given an inventory so you knew exactly what was in the flat rather than having to film everything upon arrival and departure all in all location was quite central took Ubers everywhere as first time in Glasgow so easy to get around and the area itself I felt safe found KDC Lidi’s and MCDs within walking distance along with local bus stops. Was only here three nights and all three were very peaceful

Great place to stay in Glasgow, close to the train station (one stop from Glasgow Central)

It is a very nice, large apartment with spacious rooms and two separate bathrooms. Great for a family of 4. Moss Coffeehouse in the building is serving an excellent breakfast / brunch.

It would be great to have black-out curtains and airconditioning.

Did the job but won't stay again.

It was close to the city centre. The staff were lovely. Close enough to shops and transport.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest. Found marks on the bed covers, the onsuite looked to have mould growing in the shower. Had trouble sleeping with being able to hear the children in the courtyard bit playing until around 11-12pm and then the apartment above us could hear them moving around with how loud their footsteps were. There was no hard cooking spoon so had to buy one as struggled to stir pasta, sauce and rice with cooking supplies provided. There isn't really anywhere to park unless you pay extra. Some of the plug sockets didn't work in the apartment.

Welcoming and professionally run apartments. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I always stay here when we visit Glasgow to see family. As a woman often travelling solo it is very reassuring to have such an efficient and personal check in. No trying to access fiddly key safes with out of date passcodes as at some properties but a personal welcome at the property. I feel very safe and any messages /requests are quickly answered. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are all spotlessly clean, very comfortable and stylishly decorated. All together a very pleasant experience!

the location was good. the apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed.

all the doors kept closing internally and we had no way to keep them open. this was very annoying. also we booked this place because parking was listed as available but we had to pay extra for it which was a bit annoying.

Definitely Recommend!

The property was exactly what we expected! When we arrived the apartment was very clean and well looked after, it was very spacious and a perfect apartment for a family of 5 that we were. The apartment also had 2 toilets which helped a lot and every room including the kitchen was well equipped. The living room had a very comfortable sofa and arm chair and also had a smart TV which we really liked. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and large wardrobes and a small desk. The master bedroom had its own private toilet and the other toilet was in the corridor of the house, both of them were equipped with soap, body and hair shampoo and toilet paper. The apartment was located in a very good spot with all sort of shops around it like Lidl, mcdonald’s, kfc etc. also the walk to the centre of glasgow wasn’t too long but if you prefer not too walk a bus stop and train that takes you straight there was also few minutes away from the apartment. The owner was also very helpful by messaging us in detail to what’s shops are near the apartment and there postcodes, also send us things to do around Glasgow which was helpful since it was our first time visiting and other important information about the apartment. Overall a very nice experience and i would definitely recommend to any couple or family that is planning to visit Glasgow!

Wonderful Apartment

The male staff member that met us and checked us in is a real asset. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to eat. The apartment was perfect. Had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable. Everything was lovely and clean. Would certainly stay here again.
