An apartment on the second floor of a beautiful building. Entrance lovely. Initially there was a problem with electrics and an hour before checking in we received a phone call moving us downstairs. Property was clean. Everything that you need for a stay.

Unhappy that 3 weeks prior to stay the company took a £350 damage payment from me. It states this will be done one week before. I understand the concern re damage but seems excessive and also taken too early. Afterwards it can take up to 10 days to get back! As there was a problem with electrics we were put in the basement, which was ok but meant unable to unpack. The company said this would be at no extra cost which I found odd! Why should it cost us more? On moving into our apartment, Burrell- the tv in the living room didn’t work. The house keeper tried but they decided to replace tv. That took two days and then tv engineer left rubbish on floor! It’s a pleasant apartment. Very light. But not really luxurious- no bathrobe, limited toiletries, towels thin. The company were pleasant to deal with but we didn’t receive an apology for inconvenience.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, convenient for all our needs with so many great restaurants within a short walk. Excellent instructions for entry etc. and beautiful presentation.

The steep hill! 😁 There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Nice period building, location close to stores, restaurants, transportation.

New owners of the units, needed kitchen equipment, had to use shower in other units because no cold water, and then valve needed to be ordered. Windows only opened at top about an inch so no airflow and was hot! Manager Suzanne was helpful she found fan and bought some kitchen equipment.
