The Penthouse was great. Right bang in the city centre, merchant city. Spacious and good value for money. 4 bedrooms and 3 convenient toilets. Duplex, 2 Balconies with riverviews. Free parking
We had to wait about 10 mins for Megan to give us fobs and keys. She was helpful though. Parking is free, but if you have a very large SUV jeep, it can be tight to park as penthouse has covered garage parking.

The property is close to everything. It’s got some lovely outdoor space, with views over the river.
We arrived to, what seemed to me, a very used apartment. The furniture and carpeting were stained and the floors needed to be swept. The bedding looked old and stained. Overall, not a very clean environment. It was very disappointing. Many items were broken or beat-up. The washing machine was unusable.
