The stylish Vacation Apartment 2 in the Panoramablick building is located above Monschau and offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Laufenbach Valley. A walking path leads down to Monschau’s old town and the Eifelsteig trail directly from the garden; the Vennbahnweg and Ravel trails for cyclists are just a few minutes away.
Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this charming, approximately 100-square-meter vacation apartment, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The house is situated on a hillside; Vacation Rental 2 is located on the lower and middle floors of the house. The apartment sleeps 6 people.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the hallway (including a coat closet), which leads directly into the spacious kitchen with a dining area. The dining table seats 6 people and, if needed, one child in a high chair (available upon request). The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, and a filter coffee maker.
The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a decorative tiled stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the countryside.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and offer a magnificent view of the countryside. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.
The upstairs bathroom features a spacious shower, a bathtub, and a built-in closet. A hair dryer is also provided. Additionally, there is a laundry room on the first floor with a spacious sink and a toilet.
The terrace is accessible directly from the front door and features a large umbrella and a glass table that seats six. From here, you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect spot for balmy summer evenings!
From the upper hallway, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with a small table and two chairs. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and the view.
