Worth the money

The apartment is worth the money but do not expect anything special. Happy to spend a night there.

Good for one night

Very good location, nice living room, well equipped kitchen

The apartment was very cold, luckily the radiators worked. The bathtowels were washed with softener so they did not take up the water after bathing. There were no shower gel and we did not know we should bring any. The bathroom door is almost transparent, so using the toilet is not very private. Originally i was looking for an apartment to bring along my daughter. She did not join in the end, but i am nit sure she could sleep here as i did nit see enough bedset and beddings.

Super apartment with nice host right in the centre of this pretty town

Great location. Apartment is simple but clean, and functional. Nice that it had a terrace and outdoor table.

Beds a little soft for my preference but not uncomfortably so. There was no double bed (two twin rooms). Absolutely fine for us but others may want a double.

We had a very good stay, the host is friendly and helpful.

Location is very good, it is situated on the side of the town so it is pretty quiet but close to everything.

The one bed was uncomfortable.

The best part was the location of the apartment: in the middle of Monschau.

The lady who walked us to the apartment did not give any info on when or how to return the apartment key, no info on our WiFi code (also no info could be found indoors), only one television channel worked. Matresses not in very optimal state. Two of the the four were actually in bad shape. The panoramic road passes at the end of the garden and there are no screens at those windows In one bedroom the screens were broken.

Um Monschau zu sehen, praktisch und kurze Wege.

Mitten in der Stadt, das war toll! Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ein Ticket wurde vorab besorgt vom Vermieter. Bäcker nebenan.

Außentreppe bis in den 3. Stock. Hundeexkremente.

Drecksbude in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Die Lage war top.

Die Wohnung war pottdreckig. Alle Oberfläche (Schränke, Wohnzimmertisch...) waren mit einem dicken Schmierfilm beschichtet. Die Küchenschränke waren ekelig, das Geschirr fraglich abgewaschen (Kaffeespuren in den Tassen usw.). Das Badezimmer wurde scheinbar seit Wochen/Monaten nicht gewischt. Sobald der Boden feucht wurde lösten sich dicke schwarze Plocken vom Boden. Wir sind so wenig wie möglich in der Wohnung gewesen und vorzeitig abgereist. Das Foto der Wohnung auf der Website entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Wohnung! Aber der Vermieter hat wohl mehrere.

De lokatie, midden in centrum van Monschau. Aardige gastheer, vertelde wat je wilde weten over het stadje.

Accommodatie was zeer functioneel en goed uitgerust maar ietwat kaal en ongezellig.

Dreckig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral

Es war sehr dreckig. Der Kühlschrank war sehr dreckig. Das Badezimmer hatte ein Duschrollo mit Schimmel und ne tote Motte klebte auch dran. Die Fugen im Bad müssten mal erneuert werden und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Spinnenweben hätte man auch mal weg machen können. Die Küchenablagen waren nicht sauber, überall Fingerabdrücke. Dort sollte die Reinigungskraft getauscht werden.

Eenvoudig, net verblijf op een geweldige locatie. Alleen die bank….

Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum van Monschau, geweldig. Fijne bedden.

De tweepersoonsbank bank was anders dan op de afbeelding vooraf. Moet echt vervangen worden. Niemand kon er goed op (blijven) zitten. Gaf rugpijn en je zakte eraf. En geen extra fauteuil. Te weinig zitplaatsen voor ons drieën.

Badezimmertür ist eine Glas-Schiebe-Tür, teilsatiniert. Privatssphäre ist anders. Es waren im Kühlschrank noch Speisen des Vorgängers.

Niets eigenlijk. OJa, de bank in de woonkamer. Die mag wel vervangen worden door een betere.

Gute Lage

Glasschiebetür zum Bad/Toiletten. Absolut ungeeignet, hält weder Blicke noch Geräusche ab. Kein Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Drittes Bettzeug nur mäßig sauber. Wohnung selbst nicht abschließbar, nur Tür zur Straße.

Zentrale Lage

Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen mit Potenzial nach oben. Der Backofen war nicht gereinigt und bei der Pfanne war die Teflon Beschichtung fast ab und somit nicht nutzbar.

Ruim appartement op toplocatie

Appartement is erg ruim en kan nog winnen aan wat gezelligheid. Badkamer is oud, maar degelijk. De locatie is heel centraal, echt top!

Für uns als Radler zur Zwischenübernachtung geeignet, der Preis mit 170 EUR ist aber zu hoch.für

Plus: Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Wir wurden zur Schlüsselübergabe im Restaurant freundlich empfangen und sofort zur Wohnung geführt. Wie vorher nachgefragt, konnten unsere E-Bikes ebenerdig und sicher über Nacht in einem Abstellraum geparkt werden. Minus: Das Mobiliar, Gläser und Küchenutensilien sind ein Sammelsurium. Die Möbel entsprachen nicht den Fotos. Es gab eine kissenähnliche Couch für höchstens 2 Personen (aber vier Betten) und 2 Fusshocker ohne Lehne. Die Gartenmöbel fehlten auf der Terrasse, draußen brummte die Aussengastronomie und es war kein freier Platz. Wir hätten gern einen Wein auf unserer sonnigen Terrasse genossen. In den Schränken und Schubladen war es unsauber, das Besteck und Geschirr war es teilweise auch. Für uns hatte die Wohnung keinen Wohlfühlfaktor.
