You live in a typical landmarked half-timbered house in the middle of the historic old town of Monschau. The Rur flows directly past the house. Through the quarry stone cellar one has direct access to the water (small terrace at the river).
The house was completely renovated in 2014 and newly furnished.
A cozy living room invites you to linger for convivial hours. The kitchen is fully equipped and a large dining table brings all guests to a table.
The cottage also has 4 cozy double bedrooms and 1 bedroom has 1 bed in size 2.00 x 1.40 m.
2 bathrooms with shower and 1 separate toilet provide sufficient comfort, even for larger groups.
