Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und macht insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck.

Leider war der Service an der Rezeption enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte teilweise sehr träge und der Check-in verlief umständlich und wenig professionell. Auch beim Check-out war bis 9 Uhr morgens niemand an der Rezeption anzutreffen. Zudem war die Küchenausstattung für einen Aufenthalt in einem Apartment unzureichend. Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Küchenpapier, ein Schwamm, Spülmittel und Öl. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft empfanden wir als nicht optimal.

The property is new and part of it is still under construction (road leading to it and big crane right in front of it.

I didn’t like the extensive check-in list that you have to sign describing how many items are in the flat and the check-out process. Property is great and very new. Check-in was slow and tedious and staff was not the most welcoming. Also the deposit amount policy is totally out of the market. The staff at the pool and spa were great. We didn’t try the restaurant as we chose to eat elsewhere to explore the village.
