Perfect apartement for a long or short stay.

Cosy retreat for our family

The apartment is located within a short drive of Rovaniemi, the airport and it's many attractions. It had everything we needed as a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Lovely cosy feel to it, warm and comfortable after our days out exploring. The kids loved the sleds and biscuits, kindly supplied by the host, Tanya. The garden had lots of space for kids to enjoy some sledding also. I would love to return someday if the opportunity arises and would highly recommend it to others.

The shower is quite small. The oven only had one shelf, not ideal when cooking for a family. All rooms are connected so it might not work for a group in need of more privacy.

A cosy home

Our host, Tanja was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. She helped me with so many of my queries and made my stay very comfortable. My family finds her home very cosy and wished we could have stayed longer.

The shower cubicle is very small so big sized individuals might have an issue. :p

Séjour février 2026, températures -25, 2 adultes et 2 enfants: le logement est une maison avec un extérieur qui permet de garer sa voiture, faire de la luge, profitez du kota (petit supplément). L'endroit est idéalement placé, proche de Rovaniemi. L'intérieur de l'habitation est très bien équipé, spacieux, très bien isolé et chaud à l'intérieur avec un sas d'entrée pour pouvoir se déshabiller en rentrant. Il y a même une armoire de séchage pour les vêtements, c'est très appréciable. Literie très confortable. L'hôte est adorable. Je recommande a 100%

Erinomainen majoitus Apartment Kivikumpu near Rovaniemi City Centre. Huoneisto oli siisti, viihtyisä ja mukava. Emäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen, aina tavoitettavissa ja valmis auttamaan – huolenpito vieraita kohtaan tuntui selvästi. Kokemuksemme oli täysin positiivinen, ja tulisimme mielellämme uudelleen.

Ainoa miinus: jos ei ole omaa autoa, niin matka bussipysäkiltä majoitukseen on noin 1,5 km. Jos on oma auto, kaikki on erinomaista.
