Great choice for a spacious apartment right in the heart of town.

Well supplied kitchen, comfy beds, great location and easy access to all of town, 20 min walk from train station. Large and very steamy sauna, quiet apartment. Would stay again!

Great value for money two bedroom apartment in the heart of City Centre!!!!

Pros: Apartment in prime location with free private parking!! Almost all grocery stores are near, even the asian stores. Two Indian restaurants at the ground floor. Very spacious two bedroom apartment.

Few cons: Bathroom & Toilet doesn't have door lock. Bit uncomfortable when traveling with many guests

Nice spacious apartment in central location of Rovaniemi. In need for way better sound isolation.

Poor sound isolation of the apartment did not prevent very loud car noises from the street, both engine noise and loud music - noise amplified during weekend nights when we couldn't rest having spent long days on outdoor activities.

we find the beds a bit too soft could be just a bit cleaner, find stains in drawer in kitchen, chairs ripping by usage, sofa could be hovered , small things nothing major this means many people use it and happy, need a bit refresh

Cozy apartment with comfy beds and a sauna!

The location was in the city center not far from the location where we picked up the key.

The check-in time was too late (4PM) - We received the key at 4PM on the dot, not a minute earlier.

Cozy apartment in the center of Rovaniemi

The apartment is located directly in the center of Rovaniemi, you can reach everything by short walks, especially the restaurants nearby are really nice. It was equipped with all the things you need for a pleasant stay. It has to be pointed out that the kitchen equipment is of very good quality. Moreover the apartment was very clean. Contact with the owner was uncomplicated. We arrived with a rental car and used the parking lot on the back of the building which was quite easy to find.

Internet connection was stable but a little slow sometimes - be prepared for that if working remotely.

Very pleasant stay

Lovely apartment, close to all amenities, and shopping centre. It was a modern, well styled, well stocked with crockery, cutlery towels etc. Comfy beds and furniture. Great with sauna. Easy access with lift.

The climate was warm, we weren't able to open some of the windows. needed special key. Ventilation was inadequate. The floor heating was switched on in the bathroom and entry foyer tiles which didn't help with the heat The tiolet seat was loose and uncomfortable to sit on.

The location is excellent in Rovaniemi city centre. It is also quite spacious.

The door didn't work, there was some problems with the apartment lock and / or door and one of us almost was left outside at the middle of the night because of the poor quality of the door.

Good location! Facilities could be better

Place was clean and location was good, we basically walked to all our destinations. The kitchen was very well-equipped!

The was not enough trash bags. Shower and toilet doors cannot be locked. The beds were too soft and i wish there was a shower head holder. There was also only 2 dishwasher capsules when we arrived.

location and facilities were too good. We appreciate their response at the time of need. The apartment belongs to a qualified tourism agent where we could arrange all our trips from their office.

We had to pick up the keys from their office which is a little away from the apartment.

Trip with friends

The property was in a perfect location for restaurants/cafes, supermarkets, public transport. A short walk down to the beautiful river. 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and Lapland. Rooms were a good size, kitchen well equipped, everything you need home from home.

At the time of our stay there were some works being carried out in cafe below. Therefore woken early with banging and drilling. But It wasn’t noisy all day.

Bardzo wygodny apartament dla rodziny w centrum miasta.

Duży, ładny, czysty, ciepły apartament, extra, że jest w nim sauna, która działa bez zarzutu i szybko się nagrzewa, kuchnia wyposażona, dużo miejsca do spania. W pokojach jest troszeczkę chłodniej niż w salonie i kuchni,ale jak się zasłoni okna i uszczelni szafy to nie ma tragedii. We wszystkich oknach są też żaluzje. Byliśmy z 3 dzieci (11,8,6 lat) pomieściliśmy się bez problemu. W mieszkaniu jedliśmy kolację i śniadania i przy 5 osób całe wyposażenie kuchni zdało egzamin. klucz do apartamentu odbiera się ze skrzynki/lockera przy biurze safartica oddalonym o 5 min drogi od mieszkania. Co też bardzo ułatwia przyjazd. Lokalizacja mieszkania jest świetna, w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko. Wg mnie cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do standardu mieszkania.
