Majesteetti Apartments

The location was very good, it was big enough to feel comfortable, exactly like in the photos. Kitchen with all the appliances, clean bed sheets and the bed comfy. Nice balcony, and near restaurants and city centre.

The shower was very very moldy, I tried to communicate with the staff through WhatsApp, messages in booking and per email and they didn't pay attention when I text them to asked them for a product to remove the mold (I was going to do it myself) they just care to give instructions where to pick up the key and give how to leave the apartment. Even tho they say they are there for whatever you need, not real. Very bad communication. Is very unfortunate cause little details like this one, can change your whole experience.

La posizione dell'appartamento è abbastanza centrale, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro, ma fuori dal caos dei locali. Rende ancora più funzionale la posizione, la presenza di un supermercato nello stesso stabile, che lo rende ancora più confortevole. Da non sottovalutare la presenza della sauna, che è indispensabile quando si rientra dopo una giornata sotto zero.

Un po' la pulizia: l'appartamento era in discrete condizioni, ma c'era molta polvere sotto ai letti ed al divano. Per il resto, da migliorare un po' la pulizia del bagno, che comunque abbiamo ripulito prima di utilizzarlo. Quindi non è stato un grosso problema.

- Een prima appartement met alle benodigde faciliteiten. - Ligging in het centrum van de stad, op loopafstand van de restaurants, winkelcentra, etc. - Een supermarkt in het gebouw voor alle boodschappen was top. - Het appartement was over het algemeen goed schoon.

- De sleutel dient bijna 1km verderop opgehaald en afgeleverd te worden. In de kou met alle bagage is dat niet handig. - De douche was niet te stellen qua warm en koud. Bleef een beetje een temperatuur, en deze was iedere dag wat anders (soms te warm, soms te koud). Is de themosstaatkraan stuk? - Er waren alleen maar 4 kunststofbekers, niet eens koffiekopjes of drinkglazen. Er was geen koekenpan aanwezig. Er waren geen normale messen aanwezig. De pannen die er waren, waren erg vies. - De gordijnen in de woonkamer waren maar voor de helft. - Persoonlijk zijn we geen fan van een topper op het bed. Verder wel een prima bed hoor.
