A very nice studio apartment with the benefit of a balcony, in an excellent location, close to the town centre and river, and within easy walking distance of the railway station. Communication with the host was good, and check-in was straightforward. The apartment made a great base for exploring Rovaniemi and the surrounding area.
Access to the apartment from the street was a bit odd, but was not an issue.

The cleanliness, the location, the staff , the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needs , the storage room before the stay and after the stay , the staff immediate responsiveness.

It was very small
When we booked for 4 adults it was advertised as 1 x double bed, 1 x sofa, 1 x fouton. There was no fouton and the two adult ladies had to sleep head to toe on a fold out sofa. The room was so small we could only have 1 suitcase opened at a time. It definitely was not good value for the money we had to pay and was not what was advertised.
