just ok, as it was close to the airport. no food in the hotel. I was there only 1 night.

someone came to pick me up at another hotel as I was lost. I did not like that the key to my door was in the door. anyone else could have gone in. I did not feel comfortable that there was no way to communicate from my room to the front desk - no phone in the room.

Excellent!

Location was excellent. It was a walking distance to city center and bus station-bus stops. There were plenty of supermarket and restaurants around the accamodation. It was clean and quite.There was no reception but stuff was responding to the messages really quickly. The helped me around 1 hour earlier check-in. There was a huge useful common kitchen.

It was cold outside around -30 degree and there was only thin blanket. There were no hanger at the bathroom for towels.

Scandinavian Nightmare Guesthouse and Apartments

For us, it became a nightmare hotel. We booked a Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony. The booking was confirmed and approved. I received a message saying that we could collect the key from the reception, and we selected an arrival time slot. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we could not find the reception or anyone from the hotel. We sent messages and called them. They said that someone will come in 10 min. After waiting for 40 minutes, my husband went upstairs to look for someone and found a cleaning lady. She contacted the owner and informed us that our apartment was occupied. Instead, they gave us just a room without a WC, shower, or kitchen. What was even worse that the room was separated from another room only by a kind of soft curtain. I could not sleep because of the noise from the man next door. I could hear him eating a carrot, sneezing, and packing plastic bags. I attached pictures showing the light coming through that curtain into our room. We did not receive any apology from the owner—not even a simple “sorry” for the inconvenience. Luckily, we stayed the following nights in much better, more guest-oriented hotels.

In case of emergency

One of the lowest prices for Rovaniemi, not first place, maybe on top 5. It's close to the bus station. I found the bed comfy. Since I was able to solve some issues in Rovaniemi, I decided to put a slightly higher score. If it was possible I would've given 7.5 at maximum.

I got a room for 2 people for myself, so I had 2 bedrooms and two set of towels. Unfortunately I didn't check how clean the first set of towels was; they were certainly dry, but had indelible stains. I should've checked beforehand of course, but sometimes you take things for granted. Another minor issue was that one of the showers had an automatic lightning turning on and off every minute, maybe they were going to fix it during the week, so I won't judge the experience too harshly for that since I slept only 2 nights.

Simple and reasonably priced accommodation in an excellent location. The stay was peaceful.

Check-in instructions would definitely be needed. At the simplest, an automatic message asking guests to contact the host upon arrival would be enough.

Dimitri was very present and had timely communications. The rooms are very clean even though they have ongoing constructions. And the location is easily accessible .

El ambiente, la organización y la independencia

La habitación donde me quede (211) tenía un problema con el sellado de las ventanas por lo que a pesar de la calefacción, si me quitaba muchas capas de ropa hacía frío. Pero no me quejo ya que las sábanas era ultra calidas y pase más tiempo recorriendo la ciudad que en la habitación así que no sufrí el frío.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Konum güzeldi. Otelin sahibi ile her an iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz. Personeller çok ilgiliydi. Tuvalet banyo ortaktı fakat çok temizdi ve yeterli sayıdaydı.

Kapının kilidi çok değişik. Zor açılıyor ve anahtarı içerde bırakmamak gerekiyor.

Me gusto que todo esta cerca como supermercado, no se escucha ruido es super tranquilo y la instalacion es muy comoda, si vale la pena quedarse en este lugar.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Rovaniemi. Cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y del punto de comienzo de la mayoría de los tours. Calidad-precio muy buena. Muy satisfecho.

Lo único que no me gustó tanto fue la poca disponibilidad de agua caliente en las duchas. Varias veces me duché y salía solo 1-2 min de agua caliente.

Lähellä juna-asemaa, lyhyt matka keskustaan. Siisti huoneisto, hiljainen alue yöaikaan, hyvä sänky, sauna lämpeni nopeasti, kohtelias asiakaspalvelu, omatoimimatkailijalle sopii myös perheen tai ystävien kanssa.

Huoneisto vastasi kuvausta, oli siisti ja varusteltu riittävästi.

Keittiössä pystyi hyvin itse tekemään aamiaisen. Sijainti oli autoilljalle hyvä. Hinta-laatu suhde oli kokonaisuutena kohdallaan.

Taloa remontoitiin, joten huoneiston ympäristö ei ollut viihtyisä. Rakennusmelua oli mutta se loppui ajoissa.

Lähellä rautatieasemaa, samoin kauppaan lyhyt matka. Tavoitin majoittajan heti kun oli tarvis ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huoneessa oli valmiina lakanat ja pyyhkeet.

Remontin äänet kuuluivat illalla aika pitkään (n.klo 20). Olisi hyvä jos rakennuksen ulkopuolella olisi kyltti paikan nimestä.

Wohnung; ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade von einer schönen auf eine sehr schöne Wohnung; bei entsprechender vorheriger Anfrage installiert der Gastgeber einen Router zwecks Gratis-WiFi; gegen 10 € Aufpreis Checkout 15 statt 12 Uhr; Supermarkt in 300 m Entfernung; Gesamturteil der Wohnung: Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, alles außerordentlich empfehlenswert.

Raum mit einem der WCs und Mini-Waschbecken ziemlich klein; konnte den Fernseher nicht in Betrieb nehmen (finniscbe Bedienerführung); musste am zweiten Tag einmal den Router neu starten

C’est un appart hôtel ancien et propre mais il n’y a aucun service .

L’établissement est propre mais est assez ancien . Les parties communes : douches , sanitaires proposés ne pas très modernes , en revanche la cuisine commune est très spacieuse. D’autre part , le personnel est très peu souvent la , à part le bref accueil à la prise de la chambre , je n’ai jammais revu un membre du personnel jusqu’à à la fin du séjour!!!
