Solid, spacious apartment in a great location

Spacious apartment close to everything you need in the town. It was clean, had cooking facilities and a filter coffee machine. Good having the hotel down the road to pick up the keys and store bags when we arrived early.

the apartment was well equiped and very near city center. they also have a luggage room and very kindly allowed us to keep our extra luggages there for another day as we made a side trip outside Rovaniemi. breakfast was excellent

Our stay at Arkenblabla had its up and downs. The location was great in the center of rovaniemi, however in our apartment the heater in the kitchen wasn't working, that made the house quite cold. There was also a lack of basic things you'd expect as a guest, such as proper utensils and dish clothes. The worst part, however, were the receptionists in the main hotel, a long haired woman and a blonde man. We asked them for info about the surroundings and the saunas, she simply pointed to a written sign in the hall without uttering a single word, while he told us to 'just google it'. Absolutely subpar customer service.

We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but apparently due to a double booking we’re given 2 x 1 bedroom apartments. The only problem was we were expecting to stay together and had therefore divided things to bring between us

Great location, clan apartment and helpful staff.

The 3rd bedroom was no bigger than a broom closet and this was disappointing. We were 3 couples travelling together and specifically looked for acommodation with 3 bedrooms. Also, it would have been nice to have extra pillows in the apartment as one is not enough for some people.

Great Family Experience

Perfect place to spend Christmas with my family. We had everything we needed to cook a nice Christmas dinner and the location was close enough to reach bus station for Santa's Village and downtown.

It was super comfortable and value for money stay and will definitely come back again.

The apartment was very conveniently situated just outside the centre of Rovaniemi. So you can walk just a few minutes and find restaurants shops. All the necessary facilities for the stay were there and the place was very comfortable. My family was very happy with the place and wanted to stay more.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the place and open the entrance key, and the door to the apartment was a bit difficult to open as well but we were able to resolve that. I did have some trouble connecting to the Wifi from my PC while I didn't have any problem with my smart phone so I'm not sure if it is something with my PC.

Superb

Good location in the city center, big apartment suitable for family with kids or larger group of friends. Everything was perfectly clean.

There is no elevator so if you need to carry havier luggage you need to climb the stairs. Fortunately the appartment is located in the 1sr floor. The disadvantage of the location in the first floor is the increased noise from the street.
