Amazing apartment thank you ☺️

The property was well located for 20 min walk to rovaniemi centre (my daughter loved playing in snow on the way) opposite train station for bus to Santa Claus village very convenient. The property was really clean and easy to access on arrival with instructions given. Some welcome tea and coffee etc which was nice. Overall we had a great stay here and would return!

We are very happy with our stay ..

The location was amazing, it was so easy to get anywhere. Just 2 minutes walk to the trains and the busses that go to all the important places to see and furthermore, the city centre is only 20 minutes walk from the property with a closer supermarket only being 12 minutes from the place. Overall, there were no problems with our stay and we are sure to come again..

Nice location, comfy home like stay

The location is convenient, close to the railway station. The private sauna is a huge plus during cold weather. The place is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

Some small repair works for the sauna door and the shower handle would make the experience even better!

Great one bedroom apartment for travellers both local and international.

Very close to the railway station. The apartment was well appointed overall with easy access instructions.

The shower recess was a little small but understandable given the sauna was in the bathroom.

Really good base for exploring the area.

The location is fantastic as a base. The apartment was suitable for us and had everything needed.

A few tiny issues with the windows but that was minor. We could have done with one or two more pans, but again, a really minor detail.

It near the railway station and 10 min walk to bus station.

The staff service was terrible. Never ever managed to assist anything. The first night, the drainage clog and toilet floor flooded. The room is also quite cold and we can't do anything adjustments at all. Staff said the building fixed the temperature at 21 to 22 degrees, and there are no heating panels in the apartment at all. The cooking pots are all too small, and there are no tools for frying pan, so I used a spoon. The most interesting thing is that the staff requested us to clear our own rubbish bag when we checked out. Didn't we pay for cleaning fees? We stayed there for 7 nights, and no cleaning was given at all as advised by the staff, and we also do not want to. We cleaned it daily by ourselves. But they expected us to clear our own rubbish bag when we checked out.

Overall nice stay!

The location is great and the room is nice and clean, very much like in the photos. Well equipped with amenities and fully furnished. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a bit of a problem with some lights, and they sent people over to fix it quite right away.

The sofa bed wasn't quite comfortable to sleep in and the room was a bit cold despite turning up the heater

Lovely clean neighbourhood and quiet apartment block, easily walkable (15-20 minutes) to the town centre of Rovaniemi with the shops, restaurants and Artikum. The regular (7 Euro return) buses to Santa Park, Santa Village and the airport were across he road at the train station (the train station is ideal if you are looking to travel to Helsinki and other towns - unfortunately we only had 3 days there so didn't take advantage of the close proximity)....there is a supermarket just up the hill 8-10 minute walk for all your basics.....and the sauna in the apartment was just PERFECT after a day exploring and adventuring in the snow and -15 (and at times minus 20) degree temperatures :-)

Charming&spacious 1BR apartment w/ sauna&terrace close to train&bus stations

The instructions for key collection were simple and easy. I actually didn't expect a sauna in my unit as i thought it was for the other apartment, but amazingly there was one. The apartment was so homey it made me want to stay there longer. Kitchen appliances were complete and so with laundry. At first , the wifi didn't work as according to the owner , the last guest reset it. However, their reply was fast and issue resolved immediately . Smart TV was also big. It also has a terrace. Sometimes, you'd feel like you'll just stay inside the apartment than go out. So i'd really recommend the place. It's across the train station and several minutes walk from the Bus station.

It's just because of a personal choice. The streets lined on Google maps are kind'a confusing. If you choose the back road, you'll end up dragging your suitcase down the hill. So better stick to the road where the Train station is .

Exceptional

An excellent flat, the architect has made a great work, giving all the essentials in the limited capacity. Nice living room with TV and kitchen facilities, a separate bedroom (good double bed), bathroom with sauna. All necessary things for making your own meals provided. Good location, very close to the railway station, yet silent. Short walk to the city center.

The salt container was nearly empty. :) OK, all other necessities provided, including coffee.

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment across the road from the train station

* Location was perfect for the train station, which certainly helped when getting a very early morning trains to Helsinki!! We were very relieved that we hadn't chosen accomodation in the city centre because we found we only needed to visit once to look around and go to the world's most northerly McDonald's (!), whereas this apartments proximity to the railway station was very useful on numerous occasions, including the bus to the Santa Village (from the railway station car park) * Dining out was (understandably) expensive in the city so we were glad to have a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was close to several supermarkets. * Quiet location. I did not notice any noise from the railway or neighbours. * We visited out of season and it was excellent value.

* We specifically wanted accomodation with a sauna as this would help recuperation from an injury. We thought this apartment had a sauna based on the photos but the apartment we stayed in didn't have one. It was only after check-in that we realised that the listing shows photos of many several apartments. I'm not sure if it's possible to select or request a specific apartment.

Fantastic place to stay in Rovaniemi. Flat was very clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. It has sauna, which was amaizing. This place is really close to the train station and not so far from the city center. You will also find some shops near by. Would recommend to anyone! If we ever comeback to this city, we will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel looks like one bed flat that made you feel like home. It was nice, comfortable and cosy. Sauna included.

The dishwasher was broken. I didn't use it anyway but I emailed the owner telling that the dishwasher is broken, I'm not using it but he will need to sort it out AFTER our stay. The next day, without letting us know, the owner arranged some people came to fix it! They opened the door with the keys while we were having breakfast! No privacy maintened!! The communication extremely poor what really did upset me.
