The apartment was warm and comfortable with great facilities

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of supplies. The bedroom was huge, lots of space and the layout of the living room worked really well. It was extremely cold when we were there with temperatures of -25° and lower but the apartment was lovely and cosy.

The bathroom was very basic. The towels were poor quality and there were three bath towels but no hand towels at all.

Need improvement.

Property has nice layout in bathroom and living room and second bedroom. Instruction to get into property was very clear. Living room is lovely space where we spent most of our time.

When we arrived the key for outer door was same as front door so everyone in building has access with no inside lock on second door. When we arrived the kitchen was dirty and so was bathroom (photo evidence of this as well). On looking on second bedroom we found sheet were dirty and smelt of body. After contacting the owner we were informed they had cleaned themselves and only changed one of beds not both of them. As we were party of two not every two adults will sleep together in same bed ? I had paid for two bedroom apartment for reason so I do believe both beds need to change in this event. Lucky I had anti bacteria wipes in my suitcase so we cleaned the property ourselves late at night.

Great location and there were all the facilities needed in the apartment.

Some closets in the kitchen where not very clean. There was old food in them and very messy. Fridge also not clean. Toilet floor not very clean either.. And it would have been nice to have a sweeper/ dryer for the wet floor like there is usually in showers so it doesn't stay wet.

Really a peaceful place to stay

We stay there a couple of days during our stay in lapland. It's very comfy and it contains all the things needed for the stay. The host was very willing to meet our request I will advise this structure

Precioso apartamento cerca de la ciudad de Rovaniemi. Apartamento muy limpio, camas bastante cómodas y muy buena decoración. El anfitrión estuvo en todo momento en contacto con nosotros para resolvernos cualquier duda. 10/10

Viihtyisä asunto mukavalla sijainnilla... Kaikki tarvittava löytyi... Lapset tykkäsivät omasta huoneestaan missä touhuta ja nukkua... Olohuoneesta löytyi mukava sänky ja televisio jossa mukavasti suoratoisto palveluita... Parvekkeelta näkyi hyvät maisemat...

Kahvinjuojat jäivät kaipaamaan isompia kahvikuppeja, ja leipojat muovisia leivonta-astioita...😊

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Nosotros únicamente pasamos una noche, pero había todas las comodidades de una casa habitada, con lo que para pasar unos días allí está muy bien.

Para llegar es necesario ir en coche, está un poco alejado del centro.

Gulvet var skittent med hår fra mennesker. Ingen håndklær, så noe dusj ble det ikke. Viste ikke hvor jeg fant nøkkelen til rommet. Måtte ringe verten, og da ordnet det seg.

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento a Rovaniemi è stato molto piacevole e confortevole

L’appartamento era davvero molto spazio e confortevole per tutta la famiglia, sia le camere, che la cucina che il bagno con una particolare cura dei dettagli nell’arredamento, in un posto tranquillo e immerso nel verde.

Rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus ed anche rispetto al centro di Rovaniemi la posizione non è molto comoda ne molto servita dai mezzi pubblici. Nonostante questo, a parte qualche disguido per il trasporto delle valigie, la passeggiata nel verde e nel quartiere per raggiungere l’appartamento è molto piacevole, tra alberi e case in stile finlandese.

Sää oli n +27 tuolloin Rovaniemellä Huoneisto oli superkuuma liikuteltavasta viilennyslaitteesta huolimatta. Suitsukkeista tuli voimakas tuoksu. Tuoksuherkälle ehkä nämä liikaa.

Un alojamiento impecable con un anfitrión todavía mejor. Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en el alojamiento mientras acababan de perfeccionarlo. Estaba todo muy limpio y encima es un apartamento precioso. Sin duda para repetir.
