Charging an electric car or a hybrid car at this site is NOT ALLOWED, as the ground heat engine at the site may be damaged if there is an electrical overload. 53 km to the south from Rovaniemi, lake Särkikämä 25 m (length 4 km, width 2 km), shallow beach, hard sanded bottom, large pier, own rowing boat and electric outboard motor. Log cabin, built in 2020. Living room, kitchenette and dining area, 3 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, washroom/WC and large covered terrace. Lakeside sauna (32 m²) with steam room, washroom (2 showers) and dressing room. Kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, hotplates and coffee maker in the dressing room. There is also a covered porch (30 m²) with fireplace and hot tub and open terrace at the lakeside sauna. Please order the hot tub for extra fee from the owner latest 3 days before arrival. The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated.
