About this house rental

Overlooking the North Beach and the picturesque harbour the house is a short 2 minute walk onto any one of the three beautiful blue flag beaches of Tenby or a short 20 steps into the town itself. Tenby is a wonderful holiday destination and caters to all types: Family beach holidays, coastal walkers, surfers, Iron-Man athletes, mountain bikers.

With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, Whistler House has been refurbished to cater well to family get-togethers, Christmas get-aways or multiple family holidays - there's space for all. It has wifi availability throughout as well as all the amenities expected from a house with a high specification. The kitchen is aimed at being both flexible and capable of catering easily for up to 16 guests.

Out on the large patio you can enjoy barbecues and large group meals or just sit back and watch sea and harbour life pass you by.

We bought Whistler House because we literally fell in love with the sea and harbour views from the garden - it helped that there is a strong rumour that Henry Tudor escaped to the Continent if not from our house then possibly from the tunnels lying underneath the cliff on which we stand.

Tenby has won many awards including Silver Best UK Coastal Award 2014 and Whistler House overlooks the Blue Flag North Beach as well as the beautiful and still working harbour from which you can take fishing and tour trips.

We stayed as a 3 generational family (ages 2-75). The property is spacious, clean, with the most stunning outside terrace area with views directly of the beach and Tenby in all directions. It has to be seen to be believed, the photos don't do it justice. The beach and town are all minutes away, we could have happily stayed for a week. Easily the best rental property I've stayed in.

I have to say that we had a fantastic time in this wonderful house - I genuinely don't think that it could have been much better. The location is simply superb with it being just immediately behind the high street and overlooking the harbour and the North Beach, and the house itself was spotless, well maintained and extremely well equipped with cooking paraphernalia. The checking in process was simple as you like too, with a code for a keysafe texted to me in the morning. Alison kept in touch throughout to ensure we had a good stay too, so ultimately everything was fantastic.

The house was located 2mins walk from harbour, beaches and town. The view was fantastic. The house itself was lovely, so well stocked with kitchen equipment, books, dvds and games to play with. Our family ranged from 10 to 80 and there were 14 of us we all had space to be a family or relax and have our own space without being on top of each other. Would strongly recommend for a family holiday.

This was a prefect house for the family to stay to celebrate a 50th party. The house and views were amazing. It had everything you need, and walking distance to all beaches. My dog loved it. There were plenty of shops and places to eat.

Right in the centre of Tenby with lovely views out over the harbour and estuary. Comfy and well equipped. No parking but local multi storey very close by and not too expensive. They even had a bin full of beach toys that unfortunately we only discovered as leaving! Good communication from owners and instructions / directions very good.

We were a large party of friends staying in Tenby and the house was perfect for us. The view and the patio area were amazing. The size of the dining tables were great for large parties and the kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed. Communication with Alison and David was quick, easy and helpful. Fantastic stay at Whistler House.The house is so comfortable and cosy we had everything we needed. Alison & David allowed us to drop our cases and check in earlier than planned which was a great bonus so we could make more of the Friday. It was 50th birthday weekend with 9 friends. We were lucky with the weather, did some nice walks, shopping, even took a dip in the sea in October. The patio area is lovely with amazing views . Lovely food at The Cove, The Qube and The Baytree. Thank you we would love to return!!

The house is even better than the pictures! We had a big family celebration - youngest 9 months, eldest 70, and the house catered for everyone. Fabulous view across the harbour from the enormous patio and really well placed for town and beaches. Very well equipped and very comfortable beds!

My family of 10 had the pleasure of staying 8 nights in beautiful Tenby. The location was superb. It was tucked away one alleyway away from the main pedestrian area. Cafés, bakeries, many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a multitude of stores were minutes away walk. There were two pack and play cribs available for little ones. All the kids loved sleeping in the bunkbeds. The outdoor patio had an amazing view overlooking the beach and harbor. The home was well stocked with spices, oils, and appliances. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

The house is just incredible. The location is a stone throw away from the centre, walking distance to everything. The view from the house is stunning, especially on a lovely day. The photos don't do this place justice. We were a group of 12 which included a child and a dog and there was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host throughout was brilliant and the location was fantastic. Couldnt fault. We all had an amazing time!!!

The overall experience we had at whistler house in Tenby was amazing. I had hired this property for a belated 50th birthday for a family member as we had it postponed due to the pandemic. The property was in an outstanding location, very clean and the outside area was beautiful.
