The view
The beds were tiny and very uncomfortable, ruined our stay tbh

The quality of property was exceptional, fully equipped with everything you need and more.
Beautiful coffee maker, fully finished high end kitchen with absolutely everything.

Location was exceptional with views to die for, set in a lovely picturesque small village. Staff were very friendly & willing to help. Facilities were excellent.
Only disappointment to comment on was being unable to swim in the river estuary that resort was situated on however this is no fault of the resort itself but with the geography of the place. System for booking spa & gym sessions was a bit cumbersome and despite setting myself up in the Landals app I was unable to use but probably because booking was done via a 3rd party app.

Lovely beautiful property but staff weren’t very helpful. Had 5 people staying in lodge and asked for more toilet paper but was none available so had to buy some
Also had to wait 45 minute for drink in restaurant several times
