The quality of property was exceptional, fully equipped with everything you need and more.
Beautiful coffee maker, fully finished high end kitchen with absolutely everything.

Location was exceptional with views to die for, set in a lovely picturesque small village. Staff were very friendly & willing to help. Facilities were excellent.
Only disappointment to comment on was being unable to swim in the river estuary that resort was situated on however this is no fault of the resort itself but with the geography of the place. System for booking spa & gym sessions was a bit cumbersome and despite setting myself up in the Landals app I was unable to use but probably because booking was done via a 3rd party app.

The beds, the spa facilities, the dog friendly accomodation
We didn’t have the best lodge - no view and exposed to people walking by. The lodge had ants from a table that hadn’t been wiped down and sticky placemats/coasters left out on the table. Ring marks on table outside. Dust fluff under surfaces on the floor.

The best part was the milk wood restaurant.
Andrew is a great host and excellent service.
The food was absolutely superb.

There was a mistake on the properties part. It wasn’t handled in the right way.
The concierge were extremely rude.
Called us trespassers.
We were guests!
