The beds, the spa facilities, the dog friendly accomodation
We didn’t have the best lodge - no view and exposed to people walking by. The lodge had ants from a table that hadn’t been wiped down and sticky placemats/coasters left out on the table. Ring marks on table outside. Dust fluff under surfaces on the floor.

Die Unterkunft wird als luxury resort angepriesen, was auch stimmt. Jedoch sind die Materialien nicht unbedingt hochwertig. Z.B. Duscharmaturen wackeln.

Breakfast was lovely! We did all say that we wish that there were more options.
Spa was only 1hr 15 mins, the spa took so long to get into due to overcrowding at the lockers as there is not enough changing rooms. A 2 hour spa session per day would be more sufficient. The spa however is absolutely beautiful inside, treatments were fantastic, and staff were lovely.

The best part was the milk wood restaurant.
Andrew is a great host and excellent service.

There was a mistake on the properties part. It wasn’t handled in the right way.
The concierge were extremely rude.
Called us trespassers.
We were guests!
