Excellent location, right in middle of Betws y coed, apartments/rooms above the railway station, we stayed in room 9, quirky design, nice features, wine included on arrival and bottle of milk, breakfast in hanging pizzeria was fab both mornings, we stayed Saturday and Sunday night, Saturday we met up with our son who lives local, Sunday we got the train into llandudno for free using our welsh bus passes
Issues re parking gave us anxiety until we read your advice in the information booklet in the room, ha ha . The stable doors to the toilet room and shower room got on our nerves a bit.
I'm only 5ft 3, had to take a running jump to get on the bed, ha ha, but it was all quirky and funny including the bell.to ring for sxx.
Due to my age and arthritis I found the stairs difficult but I managed doing them slowly

Second time staying here but different apartment . Brilliant decor that always makes an impression. The design is eclectic and doesn’t look as good in the photos but it works great in person. We had a lovely living room that was great in the evenings and the beds were massive.
Prompt 10am checkout is a bit early.
