This is a large holiday complex consisting of self catering accommodation, hostel style it has16 adult beds facility and 2 children beds.

Guest access
All parts of the building, external gated courtyard and 5-side football/basketball pitch are private facilities excusively for guests. There is exclusive car parking for 10 cars at front, and further on street parking

Some windows and all external doors are capable of being shuttered (electric or manual steel shutters). Although we would not recommend closing every shutter when anyone is inside the building to ensure easy emergency accesss, nevertheless it means the facility is extremely secure.
