Very helpful staff . Good size room and bathroom . Comfy bed and pillows . Plenty of parking . On site bar and restaurant . Food was very nice .

Room dident seem that clean on the carpet and carpet damaged in places .

Staff were lovely and a warm atmosphere - we arrived when there was a wedding and all the guests were enjoying the balmy evening and beautiful views. The location is perfect to be near to the beaches and somewhere quiet and rural. It’s a wonderful building set in beautiful gardens and I hope we can go back.

It was very warm in the room and the decor not to my taste in the bathroom but everything was clean and otherwise perfect for what we needed. We had our dogs with us so I’d guess we didn’t get one of the smartest rooms but it the perfect space for the whole family to fit in together with privacy and comfort. They even let us eat at our own table in the smart bar area with our dogs which makes sense for people who don’t want to have to eat in the same space as other people’s dogs.

The staff at this resort was outstanding & I even sent a personal email to thank & give recognition to the young lady on reception, the grounds where quirky & lovely to explore and take in the views. The food at the (indian) restaurant was amazing 👏 ! Full of flavour & taste , I loved how you can see the kitchen & watch them prepare your meal. Would definitely recommend & will certainly visit the restaurant again!

The building itself is a catch to the eye with original details, etc, but to give an honest review it felt a little grubby , the stairs carpet could do with renewing has it is a focal point has you walk in , and I just felt like it could do with a good deep clean in the room & else where. Personally, I don't feel that the price paid was worth the value based on other hotel experiences & stays. By time we arrived and had dinner we went to the room for the evening we noticed the plug was missing from the bath. (The bath being the highlight) but a nice gentleman assisted us by going to another room to retrieve a plug ! A little inconvenient but the issue was addressed. We had room service bed & breakfast with various items missing & when ringing down the lady who the brought it to the room seemed very disgruntled that she had to accommodate us ! Also on leaving I noticed an extra £5 charge to my card for this service. To be expected I suppose but with offering to settle the full bill on departure I would of thought that this was included. Not to sound like a prode but I was very disappointed that this was the actual honeymoon suite & felt if I was the bride staying here on my wedding night I'd feel a little deflated has the pictures deceiving. The pet cemetery was also a little on the unexpected side shall we say ! In a honest review I was disappointed with the overall all stay in the establishment, the highligh really was the lovely young lady on reception & the food at dinner !
