I was able to check in earlier than the 4pm advertised time. The room and en-suite were much larger than most hotels I’ve stayed at and breakfast options were vast.
The window shutter in my room rattled at night so I had to wedge some clothing in it so I could sleep.

Lovely large rooms, fabulous grounds for walking the dog.
Not enough waist height tables to eat breakfast at ( tables too low ) and the bath was so slippy, we had to put a hand towel in the bottom of the bath.

Very pleasant hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were varied with some definitely considerably better than others
There were no toiletries of any description bar a very small inch wide soap. Unusual in this day and age to have nothing at all so badly caught out in not taking our own. Some room’s dilapidated
