Location was excellent, it was clean and well maintained.
Instructions a but vague, with no front desk it feels rather impersonal. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful but its not really up to them to direct guests, more information for when you arrive would be appriciated. Also the door/keypad system was awkward and we trapped fingers more than once getting into the room. The bed was clean but very hard, room layout a bit odd with huge bathroom but reltively small room. No air con but there was a fan, luckly a cooler weekend but in the heat would have been very stuffy.

Getting used to just having codes . To enter as no reception.. just my personal view but wouldn’t stop me booking again

Plenty of space. High quality bed linen. Repair to tv was done very quickly. Excellent welcome pack of goodies
I chose this place because the search engine said there was a pool. The pool is not part of Holm House. You cannot get to it by walking through the house. It belongs to another organisation. It isnt open after 5pm.
The fridge was set too high so it froze my milk and food

Great location.
Room (203) tired and needs refresh e.g room door sticks badly, coffee maker needs descale, missing handles on drawers, bedroom window can’t be closed etc. worse still - no shampoo or body gel supplied.
