Everything was very good.

I didn’t like that they change apartments. The apartment itself was good, clean, and comfortable, and overall our stay was pleasant. However, I was very disappointed that the accommodation was not located at the address shown when I made the reservation. We specifically chose this property because of its location. We had also booked another apartment nearby through Airbnb, and we intentionally kept this more expensive booking because it was closer to our other accommodation and better suited our plans. Upon arrival, we were given a different apartment located farther away. We were told that Booking does not provide the exact address, but this explanation was not satisfactory. If a property is advertised in a certain location, guests make their decision based on that information. Changing the apartment location after the reservation is a significant issue, especially for travelers who carefully organize their plans around specific areas. This was the most disappointing part of our stay.

I really liked that we had a kitchen and could fully cook breakfast every morning. Also, it had separate rooms. I also enjoyed that it was 30 minute walk from the castle and only minutes from some really good bars. Also parking was never an issue.

It listed A/C but the A/C didn’t work and we had to open windows which let in bugs. The beds weren’t super comfortable. Our shower was broken and couldn’t stay at a height of an average adult. It listed 2 bathrooms, but only had one bathroom with a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, so really only 1 full bathroom split in 2, and you had to walk down the hall to wash your hands. It says 19 beds, but if you have 19 people it would feel crammed in there.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Prague and very close to the river, so it was easy to walk to many restaurants, cafés and main attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The rooms are really big, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place has a nice modern design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which was very convenient for our stay. The service was also great. Communication was smooth, check-in was well organized, and the host was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
