Location is hard to beat, being right in the center of Old City of Prague, minutes from Astronomical clock. Apartment has a decent size, all the amenities described. It was fairly comfortable and stocked with necessities.
It is 4th floor up a lot of stairs with no elevator, beware! The fact that it has a washer but no dryer limits laundering options.

Excellent location, good functional kitchen, comfortable bed, long sofa, iron + ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher. Good supply of body wash, and toilet paper provided.
Noise from courtyard at night as is a Cafe courtyard. Site describes it as a quiet courtyard but it's not. Is not a courtyard for residents.
Sun room not pleasant to use and cannot open windows because of constant cooking smells which was unpleasant. As a result rooms were stuffy. We had the Australian room.
Door rattles when other residents on floor open and close their doors (happened between 6am to midnight). We ended up wedging cardboard between door and frame.
No washing powder provided for washing machine.
Fan in cupboard we used for bedroom but was noisy.
Light bulbs not bright enough. Rooms were quite dark as couldn't open windows due to smells.
